MORSE type single lever engine control in cockpit. Stainless steel shaft with a new 2-bla<strong>de</strong>d bronze<br />

propeller – Cruising speed 6 knots, consumption approx. 1,5 liter/hour, top speed 7.5 knots.<br />

main cabin / saloon with L-shaped settee to port si<strong>de</strong> (berth) & galley opposite, saloon table with<br />

folding leafs at each si<strong>de</strong> – pilot berth at starboard si<strong>de</strong> & chart table opposite (with large storage<br />

un<strong>de</strong>r (ex berth) – headroom at saloon ca. 1.90m - Galley: 2-burner gas cooker/oven – sink with<br />

hot/cold pressurized water (new 2004) – large electric refrigerated cool box (well insulated, new<br />

compressor (2005) - Heating: WALLAS petroleum warm air heating with temperature control unit<br />

Entertainment: radio/CD with loud speaker at saloon<br />

DESCRIPTION: Yacht is built by a German Shipyard in a extreme good/thick hand laid GRP, in<br />

origin for regatta purpose . Previous owner interior changed from a “regatta outfit” to “live aboard”<br />

saloon, fore cabin. Present owner fitted new toilet compartment with door etc. – Yacht is in fair<br />

condition – need cosmetic overhaul.
