Basic Textur – for ultimate requirements

Basic Textur is a plant-sourced, paste-like, taste and colourneutral texture provider that is based

purely on the albedo of citrus fruits and water and provides stable textures in both hot and cold

applications.

Basic Textur is ideal for binding dressings or stocks without masking the products’ own taste.

aids the reduction of ice crystals during deep-freezing. In cold cuisine Herbasweet is used for

dressings, vinaigrettes and marinades. Wherever honey, sugar syrup and granulated sugar are

used Herbasweet provides the key culinary advantage.

Herbarom – the colouring apple extract

Herbarom is a natural colour and aroma-providing apple extract to prepare taste-intensive dishes.

Herbarom enhances the flavour of dark sauces, glace de viande, consommé and jus. It provides

the desired flavour for glazing roasts. In the case of dark bakery products Herbarom improves the

freshness.

Herbarom is the natural alternative for garnishing salads and desserts, for marinating meat and
