Our fundamental understanding consists of innovation and quality. P&I fulfils the role of designer and driver. Now it is ringing in the digital era in the HR sector,” added the CEO.
In accompanying, highly entertaining lectures, Professor Markus Hengstschläger, Chairman of the Institute for Medical Genetics at the Medical University of Vienna, spoke about the trap of the average. The genetics professor captivated the audience with his humorous delivery and - just like guest speaker Ernst Bromeis, an extreme swimmer and water officer from Switzerland - he underscored how important it is to be an individualist and swim against the stream. “Mediocrity does not engender innovative capacity.” The P&I User Conference 2013 concluded with that message and a trail-blazing HR product.
