is proud to announce three new members to its Board of Directors: Howard

Behar, Joe Abrams, Sanford Salzberg and C. James Jensen.

Behar, former President of Starbucks North America and Starbucks International,

joined the international premium coffee giant as Vice President of Sales and

Operations in 1989 when there were only 28 stores. By the time he was named

President in 1995, he had helped grow the company to 400 stores and under his

leadership, Starbucks opened its first Tokyo location and introduced the brand

across the Middle East, Asia and United Kingdom.

Sanford (Sandy) Salzberg is a 28-year, consumer package goods executive with

28 years experience at senior level positions in fortune 100 companies consumer

packaged goods companies. He has had experience in the domestic and

international markets with all segments of retail and wholesale.

From 2003 to present, Sanford has held the position of President, Shasta Inc.

Over the last 9 years that he has been with the company he has held different

levels of functional management with increasing responsibility culminating in his

presidency. Sandy has been one of the many team members that have helped

National Beverage grow. Today though organic growth and acquisition, revenues

top $600 million dollars.

From 1986 to 2001, Sandy was at PepsiCo (Frito-Lay Snack Division) as

Regional Vice President, where he was the youngest person to achieve this level

of management in company history. At 28 years old he was given the

responsibility to manage 3000 employees, 2 production plants, 36 warehouse

facilities and $250 million in annual revenues. During his time in this job, he


achieved annual growth rates of 15%, which at the time were 2 times the

company average.

Sandy began his professional career in 1983 at Procter and Gamble (Beverage

Division), where he was the most highly recruited candidate from the Foster

School of Business at the University of Washington in Seattle. He chose industry

leader Procter and Gamble as his major sales and marketing training and career

development path out of school. He held increasing levels of responsibility in the

sales function until leaving the company to pursue a more senior level position at

PepsiCo.

For the past 35 years, Abrams, who specializes in working with start-up and early

stage companies, has joined forces with numerous companies to build

businesses, raise capital and achieve liquidity. He founded The Software

Toolworks, a publicly traded developer, publisher and distributer of educational

and entertainment software and co-founded Intermix, the parent company of

MySpace.

Jensen is Co-Founder and managing partner of Madison James LP, a provider of

full-service sales and marketing support to select luxury master-planned

communities, as well as Mara Gateway Associates, a privately owned real estate

investment company. Formerly, he was the Chairman and Chief Executive

Officer of Thousand Trails, Inc., a national network and industry leader of private

campground resorts.

These three distinguished professionals will serve as a leadership support

system to help P&M Products surpass sales goals and create a sustainable and
