promote a happy, positive and confident attitude.
TAEKWONDO FUN does not have a grading
system but offers classes instructed by a qualified
Taekwondo coach in a fun and relaxed environment
that promotes physical activity for your
child.

CHILDCARE
Hume City Council Leisure Centres offer childcare
for children aged between 6 weeks and 10 years
of age.
This program offers both users and non users of
the centre an opportunity to leave their children
for up to 3 hours per day and 15 hours per week.
We foster a warm and caring environment and
ensure that all children feel welcome and safe.
Children's interests are incorporated in all our
programs.
Our program includes a range of activities:
Art & crafts, song, dance, messy play, water fun,
outdoor games and activities.
Role play, such as home corner, dress ups and quiet
areas for reading & resting are all part of our
program.

It’s great to have fun in the
water, but do you and your children know how to
do so safely? Our unique aquatic education
program is about much more than just learning
to swim.
With a combination of water safety education and
stroke development, we provide opportunities for
students to obtain the life skill of swimming.
Classes are available for all ages & abilities.

Calisthenics is a dynamic
combination of Gymnastics,
Dance, Apparatus (Clubs & Rods) Marching, Singing

HOT SHOTS
"MLC Tennis Hot Shots is
Tennis Australia's starter
tennis program and is for children aged 3-12 years.
Hot Shots is a fun way for kids to learn how to play
tennis.
Smaller courts, nets, racquets and low-compression
balls make learning easy and gives younger players
the chance to serve, rally and score right from the
first time they play."

KINDAGYM
Our preschool Kindagym program
provides a unique opportunity for
children (and carers) to participate
in an equipment based educational
program, designed to enhance motor skills and
social learning.
Using soft equipment and various gymnastic
based apparatus, the program incorporates
children’s natural desire to run, climb and jump
in a safe and controlled environment.
Participating children are required to be
accompanied by an active parent or adult carer
throughout.
Benefits of Kindagym include:
