India CCNA Promotion FAQ 1. Is this promotion only available to the candidates in India? Yes. This is an India specific promotion and the discount code can ONLY be used for Pearson VUE test centers within India. 2. Why is it important to input my real name correctly in the assessment? This is because the name you input during the assessment will be the one tied to the promotion code and will be the name printed on the certification, if you pass the CCNA exam. To avoid fraud, we will not change name at the certification step. Therefore, you should input your real name as shown on government ID. 3. When will I receive the discount code after completing the self-assessment? It usually takes 2 to 3 weeks for us to process the discount code. You will receive a verification email first. After you verify your email address and registration details listed in that email, you will receive another email offering you the 10% discount code on 640- 802 CCNA® exam. 4. What’s the verification email for? This verification email is for you to verify your email address and registration details, such as First Name and Last Name listed in the email. You will be required to click the URL in the email to confirm all the information is correct. And please note ONLY after you complete the verification, you will receive another email offering you the 10% discount code on 640-802 CCNA® exam. 5. When will I receive another email offering the 10% discount code after I verify my email address? It usually takes at least 3 working days for you to receive the email with the discount code. 6. What shall I do if my name or the registration details in verification email is incorrect? Please DO NOT click the URL, if your name or the registration information is incorrect. Instead, contact firstname.lastname@example.org to make the correction. 7. What shall I do if I already have a CSCO ID but I forgot to input it in the registration form? Before you verify your email address, you can contact email@example.com to add the CSCO ID in the backend. If you already verified your email address, our system will attempt to match your existing record. If it does not find a match, a new profile with a new CSCO ID will be created for you (i.e. the candidate). You will need to contact firstname.lastname@example.org to merge your duplicate records.
