Researcher and lecturer at the J.W. Goethe University, Frankfurt/M, Germany
Leader of the group for „chiral field theories of QCD“
Research subjects
- Hadron phenomenology in vacuum and in the medium;
- Quantum Field Theories at nonzero temperature;
- Non-exponential decay law in Quantum Mechanics and Quantum Field Theory;
- Cosmology.
Habilitation, Sept. 2006 – January 2013
Subject: “An effective chiral model of QCD with vector mesons, dilaton and tetraquarks:
physics in vacuum and at nonzero temperature and density”.
The oral exam in front of the Faculty has been successfully held on 23/1/2013:
unanimous decision in favour of the “Venia Legendi”.
Inaugural lecture with title “From quarks and gluons to mesons and baryons: genesis of
a hadronic theory” has been held at the Frankfurt University on 15/5/2013 with
subsequent delivery of the certificate of “Privatdozent”.
International collaborations
- Participation in the DAAD/CRUP exchange program between the Goethe University
of Frankfurt and the Technical University of Lisbon, Jan. 2010 – Dec. 2011;
- Invited guest at the Hanyang University, Seoul, South-Korea, Apr. 2012;
