• e-Medication:

– Avoidable errors in medication at least 19.000

cases of hospitalization/year (HARM report)

• After-hours GP services:

– only 7% of after-hours GP services have access

to patient’s medical record

– 87% patients believe it to be already operational

• Roadmap:

– Currently regional pilots

– 2007 nation-wide available for roll-out

– 1-1-2009 EPR law: mandatory use
