Inverter Driven Compressor Solution for R410a refrigerant<br />

Embrital introduces a new integrated solution for Variable Capacity<br />

Air Conditioning Systems and Heat Pump Systems.<br />

The solution will consist of a set including Compressor, Inverter Driver and an<br />

EMC Filter for an output capacity up to 30 Kw.<br />

Compressors are being designed with <strong>compressor</strong> mechanism, lubrication<br />

system and electrical motor able to operate from 30Hz up to 120Hz,<br />

maintaining a high E.E.R. value from 45Hz up to 90 Hz.<br />

The Inverter Drive will be supplied with customised software<br />

to enable precise <strong>compressor</strong> control from a proportional external signal.<br />

The <strong>compressor</strong> start up and acceleration rates are controlled<br />

to give optimum performance.<br />

Refrigeration <strong>compressor</strong>s are normally selected for<br />

maximum demand and are oversized<br />

for aprox 80% of the time they are operating.<br />

Embrital’s new solution offering variable speed<br />

means that the <strong>compressor</strong> will run more efficiently,<br />

saving energy and as the <strong>compressor</strong> is running<br />

constantly without stops and starts<br />

mechanical stress is reduced.<br />

Electro Magnetic Compatibility (EMC) filters are also<br />

supplied in order to comply with the<br />

EN-50081 European Standards.<br />

Embrital distributes its range of <strong>compressor</strong>s through out the whole of Europe.<br />

These consist of Reciprocating Compressors for domestic and commercial<br />

Refrigeration Application using R134a refrigerant as well as Rotary and Scroll<br />

units for the Air Conditioning industry.<br />

These later items are for R22, R407c and R410a gases and are in a range of<br />

outputs from 2.000 to 30.000 watts.<br />

Embrital’s offices and warehouse are situated in the town of Pordenone in<br />

the North East corner of Italy.<br />

The central situation and the large stock carried mean that in normal<br />

circumstances they can assure the market prompt deliveries keeping a very<br />

short lead time.<br />
