PERMANENT - Once made, the three cold welds can’t<br />

be loosened or taken apart without cutting it out<br />

ALL METAL - The sealing surfaces are all metal<br />

360° CIRCUMFERENTIAL SEAL - The three redundant<br />

sealing surfaces cover the full circumference of the pipe


Axial Swage Mechanically Attached Fittings<br />

Under pressure and fatigue loading, LOKRING fittings<br />

perform as well as butt welds and are superior to socket weld or<br />

seal welded pipe thread.<br />

Installation requires much less skill:<br />

higher quality joints are much more repeatable and reliable than a<br />

welded connection.<br />

An excellent joint can be made in locations where it is nearly<br />

impossible to make a good weld. Welds made in difficult locations<br />

are typically inferior to those made under ideal conditions.<br />

It is intrinsically safe because no heat is required and<br />

electrical shock hazard is eliminated.
