Oklahoma’s law requires voters to present photo identification in order to vote, but if a voter does not have photo ID,
she may use a voter registration card issued by her county elections board. If she has neither a photo ID nor a voter registration
card, or declines to present proof of identity, she may sign a sworn statement affirming her identity and vote by
