<strong>Sonera</strong> Exact for Companies subscription<br />
1 General <strong>description</strong> of the service<br />
The <strong>Sonera</strong> Exact for Companies subscription (hereafter: "subscription") is a mobile subscription<br />
provided by Telia<strong>Sonera</strong> Finland Oyj (hereafter “<strong>Sonera</strong>”) to business customers.<br />
The <strong>Sonera</strong> Exact subscription is a total package including call and message packages and Internet<br />
access at a single price. The price of the total package is based on the Call, Message and Surf<br />
packages selected.<br />
The call minutes included in the Call Package of the <strong>Sonera</strong> Exact for Companies subscription can be<br />
used for calls and video calls in Finland. The message volume included in the Message package can be<br />
used for sending SMSs and MMSs in Finland. The Internet access can be used for data transfer at the<br />
speed specified for the package selected. In addition to the network in Finland, the Call, Message and<br />
Surf packages can also be used without an extra charge in Telia<strong>Sonera</strong>’s networks* in the Nordic and<br />
Baltic countries.<br />
Any traffic in Finland and in Telia<strong>Sonera</strong>’s networks* abroad that exceeds the volumes included in the<br />
Call and Message packages is charged for according to the price list applied to the <strong>Sonera</strong> Exact for<br />
Companies subscription in Finland.<br />
The Call package includes the following:<br />
• Standard-rate domestic calls and <strong>Sonera</strong> Video Calls in Finland<br />
• Calls and <strong>Sonera</strong> Video Calls in Tela<strong>Sonera</strong>’s networks* abroad, provided that the call is made to<br />
a Telia<strong>Sonera</strong> country*<br />
o Includes calls to mobile and fixed-line numbers<br />
o The prices apply only to standard-rate calls, i.e. not to calls to company and service<br />
numbers.<br />
Call reception in Telia<strong>Sonera</strong>’s networks* is free of charge.<br />
The Message package includes the following:<br />
• Standard-rate SMSs and MMSs in Finland;<br />
• SMSs and MMSs in Telia<strong>Sonera</strong>’s networks* abroad, provided that they are sent to a<br />
Telia<strong>Sonera</strong> country**. Receiving SMSs abroad is free of charge. Sending and receiving MMSs<br />

valid at any given time.<br />
The Surf package includes the following:<br />
• Internet access in Finland at the rate specified for the package until the maximum limit specified<br />
for the package is reached. When the limit is reached, the customer can continue to use the<br />
Internet at a lower rate. Alternatively, the customer can buy an additional package and continue<br />
to use the Internet at the rate of the original Surf package.<br />
• Internet access in Telia<strong>Sonera</strong>'s networks*.<br />
* Telia<strong>Sonera</strong>’s networks: Sweden (Telia, Sweden 3G), Norway (Netcom), Denmark (Telia Danmark),<br />
Estonia (EMT), Latvia (LMT) and Lithuania (Omnitel).<br />
**Telia<strong>Sonera</strong> countries: Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.<br />
2. <strong>Service</strong> restrictions<br />
The packages included in the subscription can be used abroad only in Telia<strong>Sonera</strong>'s networks in<br />
Sweden (Telia and Sweden 3G), Norway (Netcom), Denmark (Telia Danmark), Estonia (EMT), Latvia<br />
(LMT) and Lithuania (Omnitel). In other networks in the above countries and elsewhere in the world, the<br />
roaming price list valid at any given time is applied: for further information, visit www.sonera.fi/matkalla<br />
(in Finnish only).<br />
International calls made from the <strong>Sonera</strong> Exact for Companies subscription in Finland are charged for in<br />
accordance with the prices valid for the international prefix used, and the SMSs sent are charged for in<br />
accordance with the <strong>Sonera</strong> Exact for Companies subscription’s price list valid at any given time. Calls<br />
made and SMSs sent from Finland to abroad are thus not included in the packages selected for the<br />
<strong>Sonera</strong> Exact for Companies subscription.<br />
A fixed-term Equipment Agreement is available in connection with <strong>Sonera</strong> Exact for Companies<br />
subscriptions and <strong>Sonera</strong> Business Subscriptions. If a <strong>Sonera</strong> Equipment Agreement has been<br />
connected to the <strong>Sonera</strong> Exact for Companies subscription, the subscription can be exchanged for the<br />
<strong>Sonera</strong> Business Subscription. The <strong>Sonera</strong> Exact for Companies subscription or the <strong>Sonera</strong> Business<br />
Subscription cannot be exchanged for any other subscription type in the middle of an ongoing agreement<br />
period. Within the <strong>Sonera</strong> Exact for Companies subscription, packages can be changed once during an<br />
invoicing period. Changes made to packages are charged for according to the price list valid at any<br />
given time.<br />
3. Changes to the service<br />
An individual package included in the <strong>Sonera</strong> Exact for Companies subscription may be changed once<br />
(1) during an invoicing period. If only one package is changed (e.g. only the Call package), the new Call<br />
package replaces the original Call package. The price of the total package then consists of the price of

the main package (e.g. S) and the price of the combination of the Call, Message or Surf packages<br />
selected. Individual packages can be upgraded only by one step in accordance with the valid price list.<br />
In addition to XS–XXL packages, package entities designed for special use are also available to the<br />
<strong>Sonera</strong> Exact for Companies subscription. Individual elements cannot be changed in these packages,<br />
but the whole package entity can be exchanged for any other package entity available to the <strong>Sonera</strong><br />
Exact for Companies subscription once (1) during an invoicing period.<br />
Changes made to packages are charged for according to the price list valid at any given time.<br />
4. Data transfer service<br />
The <strong>Sonera</strong> Exact for Companies subscription always includes packet-switched data transfer service.<br />
The data transfer service allows customers to use email and surf on the Internet, for example, and to<br />
send and receive multimedia messages.<br />
The rate and maximum limit of the data transfer service are determined by the Surf package included in<br />
the package entity selected. Internet access is provided at the rate specified for the Surf package. When<br />
the maximum limit specified for the package is reached, the customer can continue to surf the Internet at<br />
a lower rate or buy an additional package and continue to surf at the maximum rate of the package. The<br />
data transfer included in the Surf package selected is always provided at the highest rate possible when<br />
network load and the maximum rate available to the package are taken into account. A certain fixed rate<br />
cannot thus be guaranteed to an individual customer. The data transfer rate depends, for example, on<br />
the Surf package selected, the data transfer technology and the customer’s terminal device. In addition,<br />
the availability of the service may also be affected, for example, by an exceptionally large number of<br />
simultaneous network users. Due to network load, the data connection may be essentially slower,<br />
unstable or disconnected. If a data transfer connection is disconnected or interrupted, files or parts of<br />
them may be lost, remain undelivered or arrive in defective or erroneous form. This is characteristic of<br />
data transfer services and does not entitle the customer to receive compensation or damages.<br />
The use of the data transfer service requires that the customer should have a terminal device with the<br />
necessary technical features and that the customer appropriately saves the data transfer settings on the<br />
terminal device, if necessary. Insofar as possible, <strong>Sonera</strong> automatically sends the appropriate settings to<br />
the customer’s terminal device by SMS every time the customer inserts the SIM card of the subscription<br />
into a new terminal device. The customer can also order the settings via self-service channels or from<br />
the customer service.<br />
Connecting a terminal device to the public Internet and installation of applications involve threats (e.g.<br />
viruses and other malware) that may impair communication or jeopardize the availability and/or<br />
confidentiality of the data on the terminal device. The customer should attend to the protection and<br />
information security of his/her mobile phone or other terminal device. The customer can improve the<br />
information security by the use of information security services.<br />
<strong>Sonera</strong> strives to communicate any issues related to information security and changes in the rules of use<br />
on <strong>Sonera</strong>’s website at www.sonera.fi/tietosuoja.

For reasons of information security, <strong>Sonera</strong> can interfere with exceptional use of the customer’s<br />
subscription (including, but not limited to, any disturbance caused to the network or other users) in<br />
compliance with the general delivery terms by closing the customer’s connection and/or service.<br />
<strong>Sonera</strong> has the right to prioritize other network traffic over the use of the service. The data transfer connection of the mobile<br />
network must not be used for peer-to-peer network traffic or other such file-sharing. The data transfer service does not include<br />
VoIP (Voice over IP) traffic. If the customer wants to use VoIP traffic, a separate, VoIP-enabling service must be connected to<br />
the subscription. The service will be charged for according to the price list valid at any given time. <strong>Sonera</strong> has the right to offer<br />
private IP addresses, which are not routed on the Internet, instead of public addresses, which are routed on the Internet.<br />
As regards use abroad, the data transfer services operate in the networks of those operators with which <strong>Sonera</strong> has a valid<br />
agreement. The quality and features of the services may be essentially different from those of <strong>Sonera</strong>’s services in Finland. The<br />
Surf package of the <strong>Sonera</strong> Exact for Companies subscription includes use in Telia<strong>Sonera</strong>’s networks* abroad. The prices and<br />
invoicing grounds applied to data transfer services in other networks of the Telia<strong>Sonera</strong> countries and elsewhere in the world<br />
are indicated in the roaming price list valid at any given time.<br />
5 Invoicing<br />
When an active subscription is exchanged for a <strong>Sonera</strong> Exact for Companies subscription, the change<br />
enters into force immediately, and the pricing applied to the <strong>Sonera</strong> Exact for Companies subscription<br />
and the packages of the package entity selected are immediately available to the customer. Any traffic<br />
preceding the change is charged for based on the pricing applied to the earlier subscription. The monthly<br />
charge for the <strong>Sonera</strong> Exact for Companies is invoiced in periods of about one month in accordance with<br />
the customer’s invoicing group.<br />
Electronic invoicing (Email Invoice, Electronic Invoice or e-Invoice) is free of charge for the <strong>Sonera</strong> Exact<br />
for Companies subscription. If the customer opts to receive paper invoices for the <strong>Sonera</strong> Exact for<br />
Companies subscription, the invoices are charged for according to the price list valid at any given time.<br />
6 Other supplementary services<br />
The <strong>Sonera</strong> Carefee and <strong>Sonera</strong> Travel Benefit services are not compatible with the <strong>Sonera</strong> Exact for<br />
Companies subscription. The package entity of a <strong>Sonera</strong> Exact for Companies subscription connected to<br />
a Multi-SIM main subscription can also be used on a Multi-SIM parallel subscription. In this case, the<br />
main and parallel subscriptions use and consume the same packages. The Multi-SIM service is charged<br />
for according to the price list valid at any given time.<br />
Mobicentrex, Mobile Centrex and a fixed-term Agreement for Small Companies can be connected to the<br />
<strong>Sonera</strong> Exact for Companies subscription.<br />
7 Other terms and conditions<br />
<strong>Sonera</strong> has the right to amend this service <strong>description</strong>. The customer will be notified of any changes at<br />
least one (1) month prior to the entry into force of the change. If the service <strong>description</strong> is changed to the<br />
detriment of the customer, the customer is entitled to terminate the agreement within one (1) month from<br />
the notification. The service is also subject to <strong>Sonera</strong>’s General Delivery Terms for Business Customers<br />
Concerning <strong>Service</strong>s.
