on the corresponding booking.
Where the total number of passengers exceed
those allowed on this form, a second should be
completed showing an overall total. If a second
form has not automatically been provided then,
please contact “Group Reservations.”
Please return the top copy of the form to
Brittany Ferries as instructed.
The second copy should be retained for your
own reference.
Additions, deletions or alterations must be
advised at check-in.
Failure to complete this form correctly and
in full will result in delays to embarkation.
IDENTITY DOCUMENTS
Each passenger must hold the following documents:
PASSENGERS OF BRITISH NATIONALITY
All British nationals must have a full 10 year passport which must be valid throughout the period of intended travel.
British school parties may travel on a collective - passport obtained from the applicable authority and subject to
specific conditions of issue.
PASSENGERS OF NON-BRITISH NATIONALITY
a) Passengers of other EU nationalities -
Full valid passport or valid identity card (subject to their own country’s conditions of issue.)
b) Passengers of non-British and non E.U. nationalities -
Passengers of non-British or non E.U. status must hold a full passport for their country of origin/residence
supported by any necessary visas for both the country of departure and destination. Visa requirements can
be obtained from the applicable embassies. An immigration card available at our terminal desk or reception
on board must also be completed.
CHECKING-IN AT THE PORT
All groups - motorised, foot passenger, adult and youth - are requested to report for embarkation 90 minutes
prior to the depart time shown on their ticket.
