This simple, stylish neckwarmer will keep your neck warm and cozy on the slopes, or anywhere else<br />

you may be going this winter! This multi-functional garment is great for any winter sport enthusiast.<br />

Knitted from <strong>Stitch</strong> Nation's Washable Ewe yarn, it can be pulled half-way up to protect against<br />

cold winds and provide extra warmth without adding any extra bulk!<br />

This pattern was designed for <strong>Stitch</strong> <strong>Mountain</strong> by Jimmy Beans Wool and Red Heart using <strong>Stitch</strong><br />

Nation Washable Ewe yarn.<br />

Yarn: STITCH NATION by Debbie Stoller Washable Ewe: 1 ball 3667 Green Apple.<br />

Approximate Finished Size After Blocking: 24” in circumference x 8” high.<br />

Gauge: K16 sts and 25 rounds = 4 inches/10cm in pattern.<br />

CHECK YOUR GAUGE. Use any size needles to obtain the gauge.<br />

Supplies:<br />

1- 4.5mm [US Size 7] – 16” circular needle.<br />

<strong>Stitch</strong> marker, yarn needle.<br />

Skill Level: Beginner<br />

Abbreviations:<br />

K = knit<br />

mm = millimeters<br />

P = purl<br />

st(s) = stitch (es)<br />

* = repeat whatever follows the * as indicated.<br />

INSTRUCTIONS<br />

Cast on 100 sts. Join to work in the round, being careful not to twist sts.<br />

Place marker between first and last sts.<br />

Round 1: *K5, p5; repeat from * around.<br />

Round 2: P1, *k5, p5; repeat from * around to last 9 sts, k5, p4.<br />

Round 3: P2, *k5, p5; repeat from * around to last 8 sts, k5, p3.<br />

Round 4: P3, *k5, p5; repeat from * around to last 7 sts, k5, p2.<br />

Round 5: P4, *k5, p5; repeat from * around to last 6 sts, k5, p1.<br />

Round 6: *P5, k5; repeat from * around.<br />

Bind off loosely in pattern. Weave in all ends.<br />
