8.1 MOBILE-ITCS Advanced Dispatcher Course (TAST02) WWW Training Length Training Type Training Goal Participants Prerequisites Training Content Approx. 2 hours of effective learning. Self-directed learning with visual support at anytime you choose, and at any PC of your choice (Internet connection required). This training gives the participants general knowledge in the usage of MOBILE-ITCS and its displays. Dispatchers that wish to deepen their knowledge, or those that have already taken part in our training and wish to deepen their knowledge. Participation in a previous dispatcher training. > Introduction > Explanation of all displays > Computer-aided service restoration (CASR) > Emergency call procedures Prices are available upon request. 9. Terms and Conditions All training courses will take place on our premises on the stated days, as long as no other individual arrangements were made and confirmed in writing. The training courses are either for one or two days. Start time is 9:00 am in both cases and end at 4:00 pm (unless other arrangements have been made locally). The trainings will be held in the English language. The number of participants is limited, the minimum number is three (3). Individual training can be arranged upon request. The minimum number for individual courses is four (4) participants. In all cases, the fee for a course is based on four participants, even if there are less than four. In-house training courses at the customer will be calculated with additional travel costs and expenses, including costs incurred by providing the technology. Registration and Participation Fees Registrations must be made in writing. Participation will be confirmed in writing in the order in which it was received. The prices given apply per participant plus the statutory valued added tax (VAT). Included in the price are: training documentation, training certificates, refreshments and one light meal per day. Travel costs and costs from overnight hotel stays are not included. The participation fees are due for payment after the training and the receipt of the invoice within 14 days without deductions. Date Change / Cancellation We reserve the right to change or cancel training dates with a low number of participants. If there are more registrations for a certain date, we will offer extra appointments when possible. We also reserve the right to change appointments under extraordinary circumstances, e.g. the trainer is sick, and/or cancellation from several participants. Cancellations of registrations by the participants must be in writing. The following cancellation deadlines apply: > There is no charge for cancellation when it is made up until 4 calendar weeks before the seminar date. > Cancelling until 2 calendar weeks before the seminar date, a processing fee of 200 EUR will be incurred. > If there is no cancellation, the full seminar fee will be incurred and an invoice will be created. > The participant has the right to send a replacement participant. Previous Knowledge For some of the training courses, previous knowledge is required. Information on this requirement can be obtained from one of our contact persons. Confidentiality / Rights of Use / Copyright All information, including records or documents, is confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties. Any reproduction and use of the records and information is permitted only to the extent necessary for your own use, or for in-house maintenance and repair. All other use is prohibited.
