NICKEL ALLOY PASTE 360
Assembly and separating paste for use at normal and particularly at high temperatures
APPLICATIONS:
Assembly lubricant for screw or plug fittings, flanges and seals.
Protects against welding, sintering and seizure
• for use at high temperatures, under high compressive load and
corrosive conditions
• in boilers, motors, turbines, apparatus, fittings, flanges, disc
brakes and exhaust gas guides
• chemical and petrochemical plants, refineries, in the ceramics,
glass and iron and steel industries, drying plants and furnaces
• for screw joints in general

RANGE
'NLP 360' is a soft multi-purpose paste for separating lubrication at high
temperatures and under corrosive circumstances. Particularly suitable for
dismantling parts which have been treated with it, even after long operating
periods in extreme conditions.

• protects against welding, sintering, seizure and prevents corrosion and
oxidization
• good sealing under corrosive conditions
• no coking at high temperatures
• guarantees uniform friction levels and tightening torque
• lubricates and separates up to 900 °C
• nickel powder alloy is not subject to specific labelling
INSTRUCTIONS
Clean the area of lubrication and apply ‘NLP 360’ thinly and evenly with a
brush, cloth, sponge, or spray can.

Chemical purity of halogens is under 200 mg/kg. Purity
of sulphur, lead, antimony, zinc, tin, cadmium is under
500 mg/kg. All other raw materials are free of PCBs.
