is a special case and is unlike any other city in Israel<br />
regarding its population breakdown and its significance<br />
for the people in this region and around the world. <strong>Jerusalem</strong><br />
cannot be understood in the same context as the rest<br />
of the country and needs a special strategic and social<br />
approach to bridging the gap between peoples and<br />
preparing for a better future.
