1. How do I send my Claim Form to Panasonic? Place this claim form, a copy of your full purchase receipt, and a copy of your credit agreement if
applicable into an envelope attach a stamp and post to: Panasonic Free Camcorder Battery Promotion, Panasonic House, Willoughby Road, Bracknell,
Berkshire RG12 8FP.
2. What is a ‘Full’ Purchase Receipt? You must include a copy of your full purchase receipt and not a deposit receipt. Please do not send the original.

1. Purchase a Panasonic camcorder and receive a
Panasonic battery free of charge via redemption to
Panasonic UK. Purchases of HC-X900MEB-K,
HC-X900EB-K, HC-X800EB-K qualify for a free
Panasonic battery VW-VBN130EB-K. Purchases of
HC-V700EB-K, HC-V500MEB-K, HC-V500EB-K/S,
HC-V100EB-K/W, HC-V10EB-K/R qualify for a free
Panasonic battery VW-VBK180EB-K.
2. Promotional period covers purchases made between
1st April 2012 and 31st May 2012.
3. To redeem your chosen Panasonic battery please
complete and return the form, including a COPY of your
full purchase receipt (not deposit receipt), by 30th
June 2012 (unfortunately, receipt copies cannot be
returned so please retain your original). Claims
received after 30th June 2012 will not be accepted.
You must send a copy of your full purchase receipt and
not a deposit receipt. However, if you have applied for
IFC or any other credit agreement with your purchasing
retailer, and do not have a full purchase receipt, then
please send a copy of both your deposit receipt and
credit agreement.
4. Please send completed forms with your full purchase
receipt to: Panasonic Free Camcorder Battery
Promotion, Panasonic House, Willoughby Road,
Bracknell, Berkshire, RG12 8FP. Incomplete
applications will not be accepted.
5. Panasonic does not accept any responsibility for
misdirected, delayed or lost claims, incomplete or
illegible claim forms or claims damaged in the post.
Claims by fax, telephone or e-mail will not be accepted.
Only valid claims made using the official form will be
accepted. Illegible or altered claim forms will be
deemed void, as will claim forms not completed in
accordance with these terms and conditions.
6. Upon receipt your battery will be sent. Please allow 40
days from the date you posted your claim to receive
your item. If you have not received your battery 45 days
after posting, please contact the Helpline on

fullhdcamcorders@eu.panasonic.com.
7. This is a Panasonic promotion, in conjunction with
participating retailers. Valid on CE marked products
only. A list of participating retailers can be found on our
Dealer Locator on our website www.panasonic.co.uk.
