Extremely lightweight and portable, Chimera Video PRO Lightbanks are the
proven choice for small, open-faced instruments up to 1,200 watts.

The perfect answer for controlled soft lighting on small sets. Great for
use as a separation light or soft fill.
Video PRO Banks are available in XXS to Large sizes and fit Chimera
Dedicated and Circular Speed Rings (3 to 9 inch sizes). They also work
with our Strobe Speed Rings for the ultimate in versatility.
Available in both “Plus” and “Plus 1” versions. The
“Plus” series, the professionals’ choice, includes full,
half and quarter density front diffusion screens. “Plus
1” Lightbanks are equipped with the standard full
diffusion screen. Also accepts our complete line of

Standard depth Video PRO Banks come in eight sizes,
five standard rectangular banks (3:4 front screen ratios)

The difference between Daylite Junior and Video PRO
Banks may not be readily apparent from the front, but as
you can see from the side, they are quite different. Up to
50% deeper than Video PRO Banks, the increased depth
of the Daylite Junior Banks allows the full-flood beam of a
Fresnel fixture to fill the front diffusion screen and deliver
beautiful light from its narrow beam source.
All Daylite Banks are compatible with our extensive line
of accessories including Fabric Grids, Metal Grids, Color
Correction Screens and Bobbinette Scrims.

Quartz Banks are standard depth Banks designed to
modify HMI PAR and tungsten open faced lights up to
12,000 watts into a big, beautiful, broad source!

the rigors of high temperatures from lights up to 12,000 watts for hours at a time.
Used with Circular Rings which accommodate lights with front end sizes from 9 to 21.5

such as the Triple Tota-Lights or the Quad Lowel DP’s.

Super PRO
The Chimera Super PRO system offers natural, window-like lighting from strobes
that is controllable and super versatile for all kinds of subjects and locations.

Features a recessed front screen that controls lens
flare and fall-off and also allows the easy attachment
of accessories.
Removable internal baffle gives a more even spread of
light across the front screen with the option to take it
out when more power is needed.
Choose between silver interior walls for slightly more
specular highlights or white for a little more even spread
of light across the front screen.
Large, Velcro sealed rear opening will accommodate
up to three strobe heads using the Chimera Speed Ring
Accessories found on page 19.

The ultimate in big job lighting for in-studio or on-location, Chimera F2 Lightbanks provide large, clean,
continuous specular highlights.
Soft Silver interior of the F2 makes an extremely efficient light source.
An internal removeable baffle further diffuses the light for incredibly even highlights.
Lights, preferably bare-tube strobes, bare-bulb HMI’s, or wide-beam open-faced tungsten or HMI sources, mount on
5/8 inch baby pins.
Suspend your component F2 with the optional Center Suspension bar.
Sizes range from 5x10 to 15x40 feet.
Two frame types are available. The Modular Frame F2 is composed of 3 foot wide by 10 foot long sections which

Another exclusive Chimera innovation, Lanterns serve well as a central soft light for
round-table interviews and for filling interior shooting spaces with soft, ambient light.
Lanterns can be used with strobes or continuous light sources and can be set up
on any Speed Ring from the Strobe or Video PRO Bank category, but for maximum
effectiveness use them on a “bare bulb” type lighting instrument.
The unique Pancake Lantern, with its innovative, removable, zipper-panel skirt,
offers great possibilities for fine-tuning light fall-off.

innovation is the Quick Release Speed Ring. This ground breaking ring allows the release of Lightbank pole tension easily,
with merely the flip of a lever. Ideal for the quick folding of Lightbanks to move through doorways or narrow sets. For more

These compact and rigid frames allow you to easily create your choice of diffusion,
nets or bounce fill sources without the use of tools.

The specially designed pingrip
system on the frame
allows one to set up and
lock the frame in place with
a single, standard 2.5“ grip
head. Internal bungee cord
keeps the frame segments
together during storage and
travel, and aids in super fast
set-ups.
Panels Kits are designed to make your life easier by packaging
together our most popular panel frames and fabrics with a
convenient duffle to carry them in. PRO Panel Kits include a
frame, black/white cloth, 1/2 grid diffusion cloth and a duffle.
The Cameo Kit includes a frame, full diffusion Chimera cloth,
white/black and silver/gold cloth, two grip heads and a duffle.
The High Def Kit includes two frames, 1/2 and 1/4 grid cloths,
white/black and silver/gold cloths, single and double scrims,
two frame connectors and a duffle. All seven kits are priced to
save approximately 20% off the cost of all components when
purchased separately.
