COMPANY PROFILE
INTRODUCTION
D&D is a Dutch company with a production facility and offices in the
Netherlands and 3 in China (Shanghai; Nanjing and Wenzhou) . We
offer sourcing of metal and plastic products from carefully selected
contract partners.
Because D&D sources through its own organisation (WFOE), there is
virtually no risk with regards to quality control or copying. For
assembled products, we buy parts at different locations and
assemble them in our own factory. In this respect D&D is unique and
able to supply the customer assembled products right at their own
doorstep.

THE NETHERLANDS
THE TEAM
The company head office is situated in Bergeijk in the south of
Holland close to Eindhoven and the Belgian border. The
company was founded in 2006 by Jan van der Donk and Hans
van Dam. Both have extensive sourcing and production
experience.

SHANGHAI CHINA
THE TEAM
The D&D China head office is situated in Shanghai, China. The factory
in Shanghai is managed by mr. Jan- Willem van Bragt, a Dutch national
with a broad experience in China. He manages our local Chinese
employees, who have a lot of experience in Quality control and
manufacturing.

One of our satelite office is located in Nanjing.
The manager there is mr Shen Ziwei.
Mr Shen was export manager of a large metalurgical
company and has a lot of experience and knowledge of
the Chinese industry

Our third Location is Jinhua. This office is lead by mr
Jianhong Xu. Mr Xu was educated in Germany and has an
extensive supplier base in the Zhejiang province in China.

to the harbour.
In case of large series with narrow tolerances, we develop together with

TRANSPORT
D&D organises the transport from the
Shanghai office. Shipments can be
made from different ports, depending
of the location of the supplier. D&D
handles both LCL and FCL Shipments

Most of the transport will be
done by sea, with an
average transport time of 30
days.
Transportation by
air is also possible in case of
urgent shipments

CUSTOMS
TRANSPORT
D&D will import the goods into the EC.
Our customers do not have to worry
