when potting; press the Cones approximately 3 centimetres into the substrate when topdressing.
The amount of Basacote Tabs 6 month K (11-3.9-15.8) applied will vary according to usage pattern,
desired outcome and seasonal influences such as temperature and wet conditions but the below
rates are given as a guide. These recommendations are given as a practical guide to good
agronomic practice under most situations. Local agronomic conditions should also be taken into
account, as these may affect responsiveness of fertiliser application
Opened containers or bags should be resealed tightly after removal of fertiliser and be stored in a dry
place.
Recommendations for application:
Floranid Club is a complete slow release fertiliser with a broad field of use in turf, landscaping and
horticulture. The ammonium and nitrate content of Floranid Club supplies the immediate and short
term demand for nitrogen. Isodur (IBDU) ensures thereafter a continuous supply of nitrogen over 8-
12 weeks, depending on the climatic conditions. This supply of nitrogen therefore enables constant
and consistent plant growth under normal circumstances.
The very high potassium and magnesium content of Floranid Club makes this product an ideal
choice for use on soils with low magnesium and potassium levels. Adequate supplies of magnesium
and potassium promote healthy growth, and generally increase the resistance of plants to disease.
Thanks to its fine granulation Floranid Club can be applied evenly with spreaders or by hand. For use
as basal dressing as well as for maintenance, especially recommended for autumn and winter
application.
There is no risk of burning at the rates recommended if applied on dry crops. However, one should
avoid spreading granules on leaves of sensitive plants. Irrigation, whilst not essential after application,
promotes the starter effect. The fine granules enter well into the sward and break down with
moisture and irrigation after a short period of time.
fertiliser and store in a dry place.
Recommendations for application:
Floranid Eagle NK is a complete slow release fertiliser with a broad field of use in high-value sports
turf. The urea and nitrate content of Floranid Eagle NK supplies the immediate and short term
demand for nitrogen. Isodur (IBDU) ensures thereafter a continuous supply of nitrogen over 8-12
weeks, depending on the climatic conditions. This supply of nitrogen therefore enables constant and
consistent plant growth under normal circumstances.
The high potassium and magnesium content are adapted to sand-based golf greens and sports
fields with a low cation exchange capacity. The trace elements - iron and manganese - ensure
optimal growth especially under these conditions.
The granule size is very fine and consequently ideal for low-cut turf and it is possible to be applied
during the whole vegetative period. The recommended rates do not bear the risk of scorching.
Watering-in is not obligatory, nevertheless promotes the immediate effect. The fine granules enter
well into the sward and decompose with moisture or irrigation already after a short period of time.
Floranid Master is specially formulated for fine turf. The granule size is particularly fine (0.5-1.5mm).
Floranid Master contains a high nitrogen content in the slow release form (63%) and is additionally
fortified with iron (0.5%) to improve turf colour and tolerance to wear. Floranid Master minimises the
effect of the turf flushing after fertiliser use.
A 25kg bag of Floranid N32% contains
8.0 kg Nitrogen (N)
Recommendations for application:
Floranid N32% is a straight N slow release fertiliser with use in turf and ornamental production.
Isodur-N (IBDU) is the key component of Floranid N 32% with a share of approx. 90% of the
Nitrogen-fraction. The high Isodur content in combination with the immediately plant-available
nitrogen ensures a starter effect and an even slow release effect over several months (2 - 4
depending on the weather conditions). Floranid N 32% is therefore especially suited for areas where
leaching into deeper horizons shall be avoided. Floranid N 32% does not supply any salt-active
materials and consequently does not result in burning even with relatively high quantities.
Thanks to its fine granulation Floranid N 32% can be applied evenly with spreaders or by hand as a
basal dressing and/or for maintenance. There is no risk of burning at the rate recommended if
applied on dry crops. However, one should avoid spreading granules on leaves of sensitive plants.
A 25kg bag of Floranid NK contains
3.5 kg Nitrogen (N)
4.0 kg Potassium (K)
0.5 kg Magnesium (Mg)
Recommendations for application:
Floranid NK is a complete slow release fertiliser with a broad field of use in turf, landscaping and
horticulture. The ammonium and nitrate content of Floranid NK supplies the immediate and short
term demand for nitrogen. Isodur (IBDU) ensures thereafter a continuous supply of nitrogen over 8-
12 weeks, depending on the climatic conditions. This supply of nitrogen therefore enables constant
and consistent plant growth under normal circumstances.
The potassium and magnesium content of Floranid NK makes this product an ideal choice for use
on soils with low magnesium and potassium levels or low cation exchange capacity. Adequate
supplies of magnesium and potassium promote healthy growth, and generally increase the
resistance of plants to disease. Floranid NK has been especially developed for soils with high
phosphorus reserves.
Floranid NK can be uniformly applied both by hand and by spreader. As a rule 2 to 3 dressings
during the vegetative period are sufficient.
Storage Notes:
In unopened original containers or bags Floranid Turf can be stored for longer periods of time.
Opened containers or bags should be resealed tightly after removal of fertiliser and be stored in a
dry place.
Recommendations for application:
Floranid Turf is a complete slow release fertiliser and contains an ideal nutrient ratio for turf of
medium to high intensity. The ammonium and nitrate content of Floranid Turf supplies the immediate
and short term demand for nitrogen. Isodur (IBDU) ensures thereafter a continuous supply of
nitrogen over 8-12 weeks, depending on the climatic conditions. This supply of nitrogen therefore
enables constant and consistent plant growth under normal circumstances.
Floranid Turf is a micro-granulated but a larger particle size than Floranid Master. Floranid Turf can be
used on greens and as ideally suited for open thatch, fairway or less dense areas of grass. It is also
ideal for rapid turf regeneration (fairways and tees), Pre-tournament preparation and following
scarification. Floranid Turf provides completely balanced turf nutrition with an emphasis on nitrogen. It
can be uniformly applied both by hand and by spreader. As a rule 2 to 3 dressings during the
vegetative period are sufficient.
1.0 kg Phosphorus (P)
3.1 kg Potassium (K)
Recommendations for application:
Nitrophoska Slow Release is a complete slow release fertiliser with a broad field of use in turf,
landscaping and horticulture. The ammonium and nitrate content of Nitrophoska Slow Release
supplies the immediate and short term demand for nitrogen. Isodur (IBDU) ensures thereafter a
continuous supply of nitrogen over 8-12 weeks, depending on the climatic conditions. This supply of
nitrogen therefore enables constant and consistent plant growth under normal circumstances. The
potassium and magnesium content promotes healthy growth, and generally makes the plants more
resistant to disease.
Nitrophoska Slow Release can be uniformly applied both by hand and by spreader. Irrigation after
application enhances the starter effect. There is no risk of burning at the rates recommended if
applied on dry crops. However, one should avoid spreading granules on the leaves of sensitive plants.
The amount of Nitrophoska Slow Release applied will vary according to useage pattern, desired
outcome and seasonal influences such as temperature and wet conditions but the below rates are
given as a guide. These recommendations are given as a practical guide to good agronomic practice
under most situations. Local agronomic conditions should also be taken into account, as these may
affect responsiveness of fertiliser application
Controlled nutrient release:
The nutrients are released in two steps:
1) Starter effect after application under moisture influence. As a result, the relatively high
immediate demand is met.
2) In a second step, the nutrients are released out of the coated granules via diffusion influenced
by moisture and temperature.
Under normal influence and under temperate conditions, the controlled supply lasts two to three
months.
The nutrient supply is linked to temperature, i.e. warm (cold) temperature will reduce (increase) the
longevity. Drought will also inhibit the nutrient supply.
Both effects ensure that nutrient supply is well-adapted to the plant growth factors.
Application:
Thanks to its even granulation and resistant coating Nitrophoska Top 15 can be applied easily with
spreaders or by hand. Nutrient distribution is even as every granule contains all nutrients and
micronutrients. Application is possible during the whole vegetation period.
The recommended rates do not bear the risk of scorching when applied on a dry surface. Wateringin
promotes the immediate effect.
