An Opportunity for
Enhancing District Support Service Leadership
During these very challenging times, the role of the leader has evolved to mean many different things, but
the one constant is that the leadership of an organization is the key to its success or failure.
The primary focus of this institute is to build leadership capacity and establish collaboration amongst key
district department leaders, in an effort to solidify a system of practices that will promote continuity of the
vision and mission of the organization.
The approach is simple, and that is to provide a leadership training opportunity that begins by addressing
critical leadership areas, which will develop effective and efficient leaders for successful organizations.
