Helping Neighborhood Fathers
Rev. 5/2012
Fathers Speak Out:
“
The program makes you think about what you
need to do and how to do it in life. It makes you
make better decisions for you and your
children.
”
“
Every Father who is in need should go to this
program. ... As a young father who was doing
everything I could, the Pathways to Responsible
Fatherhood helped me with that extra step and
that made all the difference. I’m working now ...
I am a Certified Nursing Assistant. ... The
program was real.
”
“
I thought being a father was (about) paying
the bills and being looked up to, now I realize
it’s so much more. Thanks to Pathways to
Responsible Fatherhood I realize where I need
to grow and how to be a better father.
”
“
Today it’s not about me being a big man, but
being a better father. It’s hard to admit that I was
headed in the wrong direction, but the program
helped me see things differently. I think my
home boys need to man up and realize if you
are going to be a father it’s more than being
tough with your child ... it’s about being a
father. Something I can say I never really had,
but it doesn’t mean I have to make the
mistakes he did.
