Defensive Back Progressions

3 rd Grade to 8 th Grade


Defensive Back Position

This Defensive Back Progression book goes hand-and-hand with the Defensive

Back Trainer. The trainer provides detailed fundamentals, instruction, and

drills for the position. The progression book gives summaries and creates

a transition of youth defensive back skills from the 3 rd grade to the 8 th

grade.
