families of De’Longhi New Zealand Ltd and printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. 3.
This CashBack offer is valid to residents who purchase a selected De’Longhi Coffee Machine; i. Purchase a ESAM6700, ESAM6600 Coffee
Machine and receive $200 CashBack via redemption. ii. Purchase a ESAM5500T Coffee Machine and receive $100 CashBack via redemption.
4. Promotion commences 11/04/10 and concludes 09/05/10. 5. Offer is valid on retail purchases only and excludes commercial and online
purchases. Redemption of bonus is applicable once purchased goods are paid for in full. 6. Only one claim per customer per product/s
purchased will be accepted. 7. Customers must complete the Redemption Form, along with a copy of their tax invoice receipt and send it to:

the claim will be deemed invalid. No photocopies will be accepted. 8. Please allow 60 days for delivery of your cheque. Offer will be
honoured by cheque, not cash. 9. Claims will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission. The
promoter accepts no responsibility for any claims not received by the Promoter or delays in the delivery of the claims due to technical
disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason. Claims must be complete and legible. 10. This offer is not redeemable in store.
