August 27. We will include their
name in the bulletin for Labor Day.
HEARING ASSISTANCE DEVICES
We now have available hearing assistance devices for parishioners
to borrow during Mass to make it easier to hear the
service. We have eight wireless devices which can be borrowed
from an usher for the duration of the Mass. The devices
should be returned at the end of Mass.
The wireless device requires an earphone or head-set to accompany
it. These items connect to the wireless device and
can be purchased with a $10 donation. The earphone or headset
is kept by the parishioner and should be brought to Mass
each week for use with the borrowed wireless device. Please
see an usher if you wish to use the hearing assistance device.
GUARDIANS OF GUADALUPE
Volunteers are needed
The Guardians of Guadalupe meet each Wednesday
following the 8 a.m. Mass outside the Chapel. For about one
hour, the “guardian angels” help with light cleaning of the
church, chapel, pews, and narthex area. If you are interested
in helping, please contact Pete Murphy at 267-261-3905.
Saint Jude Parish Seeks
Part-time Housekeeper
Saint Jude Parish in Chalfont, PA, is
seeking a part-time housekeeper.
Responsibilities include cleaning the rectory, laundry and
ironing. Schedule is 16 hours per week (two days). Please fax
your resume or letter describing your experience including
salary requirements to the Parish Business Manager at
