The contents of each of these <strong>School</strong> <strong>Supply</strong> <strong>Kit</strong>s are simple, basic items – colored pencils,<br />
paper, scissors – but having them can make a world of difference to a child heading back to<br />
school. For an <strong>Iraqi</strong> child, new school supplies can provide a sense of hope <strong>and</strong> caring.<br />
<strong>School</strong> <strong>Kit</strong>s are a highly requested item – thank you for insuring that all the listed contents are<br />
in each bag with no additional items to ensure easy customs clearance.<br />
♥ One pair of blunt-end scissors<br />
♥ One 12-inch ruler, must include metric units<br />
♥ Twelve new #2 lead pencils with erasers<br />
♥ Small pencil sharpener<br />
♥ One large eraser<br />
♥ One box of colored pencils<br />
♥ One package of notebook paper<br />
♥ One composition book<br />
♥ Three folders with inside pockets<br />
♥ One zippered pencil bag<br />
♥ One 2-gallon size zipper seal plastic bag<br />
1. Place all items in the zipper seal bag <strong>and</strong> seal it.<br />
2. Collect boxes that are approximately all the same size, such as banana or apple or paper<br />
boxes. Place the completed <strong>School</strong> <strong>Kit</strong>s in each box with no additional items.<br />
3. Secure each box with packing tape <strong>and</strong> mark the outside of the box with the number<br />
included <strong>and</strong> the words “<strong>School</strong> <strong>Kit</strong>s - <strong>Operation</strong> <strong>Iraqi</strong> <strong>Children</strong>”.<br />
4. Add necessary shipping information <strong>and</strong> ship to our warehouse address, given below.<br />
5. Complete the <strong>Donor</strong> Information sheet, <strong>and</strong> include it in one of the boxes. Please label that<br />
box as “FORM INSIDE.”<br />
