OFFENSE<br />
WR Roddy White - Caught 92 passes for 1,351 yards and<br />
seven touchdowns in 2012. Became the the fifth player in NFL<br />
history to post three straight seasons with 90-or-more receptions<br />
and 1,200-or-more yards.<br />
LT Sam Baker - Protected QB Matt Ryan’s blindside and<br />
helped the quarterback set franchise records for attempts,<br />
completions, completion percentage, yards, and touchdowns<br />
during the 2012 season.<br />
LG Justin Blalock - Started all 16 games at left guard and<br />
helped pave the way for RB Michael Turner to set a franchise<br />
record with 60 career total touchdowns.<br />
C Peter Konz - Started nine games at right guard and paved<br />
the way for RB Michael Turner, who rushed for 10 touchdowns<br />
for the fifth straight season.<br />
RG Garrett Reynolds - Has started 13 of 27 career games in<br />
four seasons with the <strong>Falcons</strong>. Played in seven games with six<br />
starts before being placed on injured reserve in 2012.<br />
RT Mike Johnson - Has played in 18 games in three seasons<br />
with the <strong>Falcons</strong>, including action in all 16 games as a reserve<br />
offensive lineman in 2012. Caught a one-yard touchdown pass<br />
at New Orleans (11/11/12).<br />
TE Tony Gonzalez - Posted a team-high 93 receptions for 930<br />
yards with eight touchdowns, tying WR Tim Brown’s NFL record<br />
with 10 consecutive 70-catch seasons. Earned his 13th<br />
career Pro Bowl selection.<br />
WR Harry Douglas - Caught 38 passes for 396 yards with one<br />
touchdown in 2012.<br />
WR Julio Jones - Earned his first career Pro Bowl selection<br />
after catching 79 passes for 1,198 (15.2 avg.) with 10 touchdowns.<br />
QB Matt Ryan - Earned his second career Pro Bowl nod after<br />
completing 422 of 615 pass attempts (NFL-best 68.6 percent)<br />
for 4,719 yards with 32 touchdowns and a 99.1 passer rating.<br />
Set franchise records for attempts, completions, completion<br />
percentage, yards, and touchdowns.<br />
RB Steven Jackson - The NFL’s leading active rusher, gained<br />
1,042 yards with four touchdowns as a member of the Rams in<br />
2012, giving him eight straight seasons with more than 1,000<br />

RE Osi Umenyiora - Played in all 16 games with four starts<br />
with the Giants in 2012. Tallied 55 tackles (33 solo), six sacks,<br />
five tackles for loss, 21 quarterback hits, 18 quarterback huries<br />
and one forced fumble.<br />
DT Jonathan Babineaux - Posted 42 tackles (33 solo) with 3.5<br />
sacks, 11 tackles for loss, and five passes defensed. Recovered<br />
a fumble and returned it 15 yards for a touchdown vs. Arizona<br />
(11/18).<br />
DT Corey Peters - Played in 10 games with eight starts after<br />
spending the first six weeks of the season on the Reserve/<br />
Non-football injury list. Recorded 21 tackles (15 solo) with one<br />
forced fumble, and one pass defensed.<br />
LE Kroy Biermann - Collarded 53 total tackles (45 solo) with<br />
10 tackles for loss and four sacks in 2012. Saw action in all 16<br />
games with three starts. Posted his fourth sack of the season<br />
vs. New York (12/16), dragging down QB Eli Manning on a<br />
third down play.<br />
OLB Sean Weatherspoon - Notched 114 total tackles (84<br />
solo) with three sacks, six tackles for loss, one forced fumble<br />
and one interception. Posted his first career interception vs.<br />
New Orleans (11/29).<br />
MLB Akeem Dent - Recorded 79 tackles (57 solo) in his first<br />
season as a starter.<br />
OLB Stephen Nicholas - Led the team with 116 total tackles<br />
(85 solo). Added two sacks, five tackles for loss, one interception,<br />
one forced fumble, and one fumble recovery.<br />
CB Desmond Trufant - Started 47 of 50 career games at the<br />
University of Washington posting 195 tackles (151 solo) with a<br />
school record 39 passes defensed, 8.5 tackles for loss, and six<br />
interceptions.<br />
CB Asante Samuel - Finished the season with interceptions<br />
in three straight games. Tallied 39 tackles (36 solo) with 19<br />
passes defensed and five interceptions. Recorded his first interception<br />
as a Falcon against Oakland (10/14) and returned<br />
the pick 79 yards for a touchdown.<br />
S William Moore - Earned NFC Player of the Week honors<br />
after recording his first career multi-interception game vs.<br />
New Orleans (11/29). Posted 105 tackles (74 solo) with eight<br />
passes defensed, four interceptions, four tackles for loss, and<br />
one sack.<br />
FB Bradie Ewing - Selected as a fifth round (157th overall)<br />
draft choice by Atlanta in 2012.<br />
S Thomas DeCoud - Notched a team-leading six interceptions,<br />
which ranked second in the NFL among safeties last season.<br />
Collared 89 tackles (69 solo) with nine passes defensed,<br />
three tackles for loss, one sack, and one fumble recovery.
