The Smithtown Township Arts Council will hold art classes for children during th winter months. Registration is accepted on a firstcome, first-served basis upon receipt of payment through the first day of class when seats are available. Sorry, no refunds except for classes not running due to insufficient enrollment. Makeup classes are not available for absences.
