The weather was perfect for the 12th Annual BoileRx Golf<br />
Classic held on June 5, <strong>2008</strong>, at the Birck Boilermaker Golf<br />
Complex! The Ackerman Hills course was in top condition<br />
as 128 golfers began a shot gun start at Noon. Waddell & Reed,<br />
Inc., sponsored our hole-in-one, and they brought in a beautiful<br />
Harley-Davidson motorcycle for the prize. Unfortunately,<br />
no one got to ride it home.<br />
At the end <strong>of</strong> 18 holes, we had a scorecard play<strong>of</strong>f to choose this year’s champion as<br />
two teams shot a 60. The team <strong>of</strong> Chris Miller, Gary Barkdull (BS 1981), Tina McLane<br />
and Bruce McLane claimed first place and the team <strong>of</strong> Scott Hufford (PharmD 2002),<br />
Bill Malloy (BS 1976), Bob Tiernan (BS 1980) and Steve Hultgren finished in second<br />
place. Our third place team included Lisa Koss (BS 1990), Gene Rhea (PharmD 2006),<br />
Chuck Conroy (BS 1992) and son Chris Conroy. Individual winners for the day included<br />
