• Recognize the importance <strong>of</strong> cultural heritage features in the<br />

development <strong>of</strong> Neighbourhood Plans by:<br />

• Creating a development pattern that reflects the historic grid, where possible<br />

• Protecting and maintaining cultural heritage landscape elements – tree lines, rolling<br />

topography, where feasible<br />

• Integration <strong>of</strong> significant cultural heritage views into the design <strong>of</strong> the new<br />

community<br />

• Integrating individual heritage buildings or related features where appropriate<br />
