• YOUR PROTECTION IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
• There are inherent risks involved with any equine activity,
including riding, handling or viewing horses. Buyer’s,
sellers and spectators are cautioned to be careful at any
time they are around horses. Professional Auction Services,
Inc. and it’s employees are not liable for an injury
to or death of anyone attending this event resulting from
the inherent risk of equine activities.
• PLEASE READ AND FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH
THE CONDITIONS OF SALE.
• ALL RESPONSIBILITY LIES BETWEEN THE CON-
SIGNOR AND THE BUYER.
• Prospective bidders are cautioned that warranties on
horses purchased are only as stated in conditions
Twelfth through Nineteenth.
• EXAMINE HORSES BEFORE BIDDING. Veterinary assistance
is available on bidder’s request to Auctioneer.
• Buyer has the right to have a LIMITED VETERINARY
EXAMINATION WITHIN 12 HOURS OF THE START
OF THE SESSION IN WHICH THE HORSE SELLS
AND BEFORE THE HORSE LEAVES THE SALE
GROUNDS.
• A PAID RECEIPT OR RELEASE IS REQUIRED TO
REMOVE ANY HORSE FROM THE SALE GROUNDS.
• DO NOT REMOVE HIP NUMBERS FROM HORSES
BEFORE LEAVING GROUNDS or you may be detained
by Security for Verification.
• ALL SALES OR TRANSACTIONS MADE ON THE
SALE GROUNDS MUST BE REPORTED TO AND
MADE THROUGH THE SALE OFFICE.
• PLEASE LISTEN CAREFULLY TO ANNOUNCE-
MENTS MADE AT THE TIME THE HORSE IS SOLD,
LISTEN FOR CONDITIONS LISTED IN CONDITION
FIFTEENTH.
• “BROODMARE OR BREEDING SOUND ONLY” - Not
selling for riding purposes. Represented as sound
enough to carry a foal or to breed mares.
• NO PARKING IN THE BARN AREA - This regulation
will be enforced by the Fire Marshall
• ALL DOGS MUST BE ON A LEASH.

(1) Buyer has a Valid Dealer’s Registration & signs

In the Sale Preview, classes will run to simulate a
show. The following classes will be offered during
the Sale Preview:

Class 3 • Under Saddle - Ponies
Class 4 • Ponies Over Fences - crossrails to 2’3”
Class 5 • Under Saddle Walk/Trot Horses & Ponies
Age 4 & Under
Class 6 • Under Saddle - Horses
Class 7 • Trail and Recreational Riding
Class 8 • Over Fences - Horses or Ponies -
crossrails to 2’6”
Class 9 • Under Saddle - Horses
Class 10 • Over Fences - 2’6” to 3’
Class 11 • Trail and Recreational Riding - for those
that have not worked
Class 12 • Under Saddle - for horses or ponies that
have not worked.
Class 13 • Over Fences 3’ to 3’6”
Class 14 • Other individual work
Class 15 • Horses or Ponies Shown in Hand
Under Saddle Walk/Trot Horses & Ponies 4 & Under
- shown on the rail at a walk and trot. As the horse or
pony is introduced it may move to the center to trot or
canter a circle.
Under Saddle - English or Western - shown on the rail
at a walk, trot and canter.
Over Fences - A course with fences at various heights
will be used for the demonstration. Please demonstrate
over fences only one time. Up to 4 horses or
ponies may work at the same time, at the direction of
the announcer.
Trail and Recreational Riding - Horses may be demonstrated
under english or western tack and will perform
at the walk, trot and canter to show suitability for
trail riding or pleasure riding.
Other individual work - (Prospects on the longe line,
driving, dressage, reining, etc.) When introduced,
horse will be given a couple of minutes to work. (If
space allows, 2 horses will work at a time).
All introductions in the Demonstration will be
brief and will NOT include updates.
