Fishing within <strong>Ngederrak</strong> and citations for illegal fishing in the<br />

Rock Islands will be reduced. The campaign will be successful<br />

when fishers become our strongest advocates and enforcement<br />

partners in protecting <strong>Ngederrak</strong> and the Rock Islands Southern<br />

Lagoon.<br />

1. Get additional equipment for enforcement.<br />

2. Change patrol/surveillance tactics, have more patrols<br />

with the Division of Fish and Wildlife.<br />
