The 34 luxurious hotel rooms and 54

spacious 1- to 4-bedroom residences are

enclosed in a terracotta-roofed,

Renaissance-inspired building which pays

tribute to the area’s 400 years under

Venetian rule. A central, double-height

scenery leads out onto a tranquil water

garden featuring a submergible stone

catwalk, which is connected to a private

island for exclusive events and dining.

With direct access to the 250-berth

superyacht marina, yacht brokerages and a

water sports centre, cruising in style has

never been easier. A village of world-class

retail shops fulfils every shopaholic’s

fantasies.

RESTAURANTS AND LOUNGES

An eclectic array of dining options within

the hotel ensures that guests will never go

hungry:

The all-day dining restaurant accommodates

up to 120 guests with its 50 indoor

and 70 outdoor seats, which are complete

with an outdoor covered patio with heaters

and access to a private dining “island”

reached by a submerged catwalk. The

restaurant also features a morning breakfast

buffet and an open cold kitchen.

The Bakery is located on the south-east

ground floor corner of the hotel facing

Venice Square with a landscaped garden

space with two water features and a pizza

oven.

The Library Bar is finished in dark timber

with a mix of leather and fabric furniture.

Three recessed bay seating areas adjacent to

the reflecting pond make it the perfect

venue to unwind and cogitate.

The Cigar Lounge offers a comfortable

environment to chill-out with a selection of

fine cigars and beverages.

In addition to these gourmet outlets within

the hotel, a village filled with tantalizing

FUNCTION ROOMS

A 200-sqm function space with woodburning

fire place is located on the hotel’s

first floor, connected to the lobby through

an open stairway. The 120-sqm

pre-function reception space connected to

the main function area makes it an ideal

venue for cocktail parties, receptions,

weddings, conferences and presentations.

These beautifully designed pre-function

and function rooms serve as exclusive and

prominent venues for various events.

A smaller-sized meeting room for approximately

10 people is also available with full

video-conferencing facilities.

SPA FACILITIES

The signature Regent Spa maintains a

holistic approach to rejuvenation, providing

wellness offerings from ancient traditions

from around the world as well as modern

equipment to nurture the mind and body

into a sense of calm and tranquillity. Regent

Spa is complete with four individual

treatment rooms, relaxation room,

experience shower, sauna, steam room and

hammam (Turkish bath), lockers, fitness

centre, indoor pool and vitality pool with

air-jet bench and juice bar.

RECREATIONAL FACILITIES

The 20m infinity-edge outdoor pool is

located on the first floor and has two

outdoor showers.

On the same floor, the indoor pool features

a whirlpool and a magnificent view of the

marina. It is directly connected to the

Regent Spa for extra privacy and convenience.

In the summer the indoor pool links

to the outdoor pool.

Two exclusive pools are on the fifth floor

are available for VIP guests only.

Within the marina village, guests have

access to three outdoor tennis courts and a

64-m infinity outdoor pool and posh

lounge bar that perch over the tranquil

seascape.
