Looking into the future of physical exercise, we see the disciplines of fitness, sports medicine and rehabilitation converging<br />
toward a common ideal, the goal of “wellness”. Cardiovascular performance and strength, regardless of how or why they<br />
are maintained, are proven means to help prevent injury, resist illness, promote recovery and reduce medical costs. We<br />
believe that a large number of currently inactive individuals, “not yet fit”, will become active if given the appropriate education,<br />
