month history of reluctance to walk. The joints appeared stiff <strong>and</strong> the<br />

cat resented joint manipulation. There is extensive periarticular softtissue<br />

mineralization around the elbow. Similar changes were present<br />

in the other limbs. Diagnosis: Hypervitaminosis A.<br />

The cortex is thickened <strong>and</strong> the<br />

medullary trabeculation is coarse.<br />

The joints were not affected.<br />

Diagnosis: Hypervitaminosis A.<br />
