Process Boot Camp

Free to SEPG Europe conference attendees, this three-hour

crash course, geared to those who are new to the world

of process improvement, is designed to help you lay the

foundations for your conference experience. You don’t have

to be registered for the conference to attend this free event,

which includes presentations by members of the SEI technical

staff and the process improvement community.

TSP Executive Seminar

This one-day introductory course for software executives and

middle managers covers the key concepts and principles of

the Team Software Process SM (TSP SM ) and Personal Software

Process SM (PSP SM ) from a management perspective. The

purpose of the course is to provide the foundation that

managers need to begin to introduce and apply the TSP in their


CMMI Acquisition Supplemental Course

This one-day course introduces acquisition managers and

practitioners, appraisal team members, and process group

(e.g., SEPG, EPG) members to CMMI ® fundamental concepts

related to acquisition. CMMI for Acquisition (CMMI-ACQ) is a

CMMI model designed for use in managing a supply chain by

those who acquire, procure, or otherwise select and purchase

products and services for business purposes.
