CONGRATULATIONS!
This April marks the
10th anniversary
Stow-Munroe Falls
High School has been
recycling paper!
Each week Mrs. Kehn's students empty the
recycling bins from every classroom in our
building. Our efforts have saved 200 tons of
paper from going into a landfill and saved 3,400
trees from being cut down. This is enough
energy to power 7 1/2 houses each year! We
have saved a total of 857,530 kilowatt hours of
energy each year!
We are proud of the impact we have made on
the environment so far and hope to continue to
save the landfills and trees.
As a reminder, we can only collect and recycle
paper and cardboard. Please do not put plastic,
aluminum, or any trash in the blue bins.
So look for the blue recycling bins in your
classroom and help recycle today! Thank you for
being GREEN!
