2 With reference to your Invitation for EOI document dated……… (IEOI), I/We, having
examined the IEOI Document thoroughly and understood its contents and I/We the
undersigned am/are hereby expressing our interest to setup a __________________unit at
Angul Aluminium Park , and we certify that all information provided therein is true and
correct; nothing has been omitted which renders such information misleading; and all
documents accompanying the EOI are true copies of their respective originals.
3 I/We understand that the purpose of this EOI is to create initial awareness about the

proposed Project for prospective investors/entrepreneurs associated with the Aluminium
sector, induction of prospective unit holders/anchor tenants in the Project at the initial
stage to attain the ‘critical mass’ to carry forward the project and receive inputs/concepts
in developing the project contours with regards to nature of products, plot sizes required,
infrastructure requirements, common facilities , O&M facilities and other relevant
details.
3. I/ We shall make available to AAPPL any additional information it may find necessary or
require to supplement or authenticate the EOI.
4. I/ We acknowledge and understand that AAPPL may, in its absolute discretion but
without being under any obligation to do so, update, amend or supplement the
information, assessment or assumptions contained in this IEOI. I/ We further
acknowledge that the issue of this IEOI does not imply that AAPPL is bound to
undertake the project and/or select Interested Parties for setting up their units in the
proposed Aluminium Park and/or allot land to the Interested Parties within the Site for
proposed Project or even otherwise and AAPPL reserves the right to reject all or any of
the submissions hereunder without assigning any reasons whatsoever and , without
incurring any liability to the Interested Parties and any third person claiming under/through it.
5. I/We unconditionally acknolwledge & confirm that this EOI would not be construed to
result in any commitment, on part of AAPPL/NALCO/IDCO/Government of Orissa
(GoO), to the allotment of land within the Aluminium Park or even otherwise and, we
hereby waive, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our right to challenge or
dispute the same on any account whatsoever.
6. I/We understand that we satisfy the Minimum Requirements to participate in this EOI
process as outlined in “Part II – Instructions for Submission” –Clause 3 of the EOI
document and have prepared our EOI for the captioned Project as specified in “Part II –
Instructions for Submission” –Clause 4 of the EOI document. In addition to submission
of the above, we may be required to make a presentation to AAPPL covering all the
aspects as submitted in our expression of interest to participate in the Project in the form
& manner intimated by AAPPL.
7. I/We also understand that in case our EOI is accepted, i/we shall be required to adhere to
and confirm to the Project specific requirements in terms of the single window clearance
system for industrial projects in the State and other statutory requirements.

8. I/ We hereby irrevocably waive any right or remedy which we may have at any stage at
law or howsoever otherwise arising to challenge or question any decision taken by
AAPPL/NALCO/IDCO/GoO in connection with the selection of the Interested Party
and/or Operators for setting up their units in the proposed Aluminium Park and/or
allotment of land to the Interested Parties within the Site for proposed Project, or in
connection with this EOI process itself, in respect of the above mentioned Project and the
terms and implementation thereof.
