workshops are accredited under
the Law Society of England and
Wales Continuing Professional
Development Scheme and the
English Bar Standards Board for
between 3 and 6 hours each.
Training that makes best use of your time
The CPD Programme is tailored to cover key issues of maritime law and respond to key legal developments
and demand for specialist courses on topical issues. Subjects such as Shipping Pools, the new Incoterms ®
2010 Rules, the Hague-Visby Rules, Vetting and the Rotterdam Rules will run alongside broader sessions on
Contract, Conflict of Laws, Carriage and Admiralty.

Half day workshops and seminars will normally run
from 9.00am or 1.45pm and include tea and coffee on
arrival and during breaks.
Full day workshops and seminars will include lunch
and selected events will close with a Drinks Reception.

All course fees are VAT Exempt.
Bookings must be received a minimum of 4 weeks
prior to the seminar date. Bookings may be cancelled
free of charge up to 4 weeks before a seminar but
a cancellation fee of £50 per delegate will apply
