Tailor-make your London CPD package. Starting in

December 2010, the IML London CPD Programme is

designed to cover topical subjects in a format that fits

your schedule.

Full or half day seminars and workshops designed

especially for practitioners will provide in depth

analysis, discussion and hands on case studies.

Package together one or two as a taster, or take

advantage of the multiple booking discounts.

Speakers include Members of

the Institute of Maritime Law

and a number of specialist guest

speakers and leading practitioners

from the City of London and

beyond.

CPD

All IML London CPD seminars and

workshops are accredited under

the Law Society of England and

Wales Continuing Professional

Development Scheme and the

English Bar Standards Board for

between 3 and 6 hours each.

Seminar topics

The CPD Programme is tailored to cover key issues of maritime law and respond to key legal developments

and demand for specialist courses on topical issues. Subjects such as Shipping Pools, the new Incoterms ®

2010 Rules, the Hague-Visby Rules, Vetting and the Rotterdam Rules will run alongside broader sessions on

Contract, Conflict of Laws, Carriage and Admiralty.

Seminar Details

Half day workshops and seminars will normally run

from 9.00am or 1.45pm and include tea and coffee on

arrival and during breaks.

Full day workshops and seminars will include lunch

and selected events will close with a Drinks Reception.

Fees

Each Seminar will cost £375.00

Tailormake a package of 3 for £1000

Tailormake a package of 5 for £1500

All course fees are VAT Exempt.

Bookings must be received a minimum of 4 weeks

prior to the seminar date. Bookings may be cancelled

free of charge up to 4 weeks before a seminar but

a cancellation fee of £50 per delegate will apply

thereafter.
