logo on the certificate.<br />
• If full balance is not completely<br />
used, issue your own store credit<br />
or gift certificate/card.<br />
• Check for a 3D Hologram only on<br />
Hallmark issued gift certificates.<br />
• If redeeming by mail, photocopy<br />
then separate the two portions <strong>of</strong><br />
the certificate. Retain top portion<br />
<strong>and</strong> the copy for your records for<br />
at least six months. H<strong>and</strong>write<br />
VOID across the bottom part.<br />
• Include your business card or<br />
write your business name, address<br />
<strong>and</strong> <strong>SpaFinder</strong> Wellness ID<br />
number on the certificate.<br />
GIFT CARDS:<br />
• If the full balance is not<br />
completely used, issue your own<br />
store credit or gift certificate/card.<br />
• Cut the top right corner <strong>of</strong> the card<br />
to void it.<br />
• If redeeming by mail, photocopy<br />
both sides <strong>of</strong> the card. Retain<br />
copies for your records for at least<br />
six months. Include your business<br />
card or business name, address<br />
<strong>and</strong> <strong>SpaFinder</strong> Wellness ID number.<br />
