AutoCADLTNewSeatRebate Promotion Full Terms and Conditions (Malaysia) This rebate program is sponsored by Autodesk Asia Pte Ltd. The promotional campaign and rebate redemption settlements are managed by Arvato Digital Services Pte Ltd (“Arvato”). Through this program, the rebate will be paid by Arvato after the purchase and independently from the original purchase price. Independent distributors or resellers of Autodesk products are not bound by this program and remain free to determine their own sales prices. The AutoCADLT® NewSeatRebate Promotion is valid only with purchases of qualifying new commercial licenses of AutoCADLT® 2015 andAutoCADLT® for Mac® 2014. To qualify, licenses must be purchased with attached 1-year subscription. Multi-license packs, upgrades from current or non-current versions, crossgrades, educational licenses, government licenses, education-to-commercial, government-tocommercial transfers or any non-standard pricing licenses (e.g. Volume Purchase Agreement contracts, project pricing, etc) DO NOT qualify. End-users that purchased qualifying full commercial licenses of AutoCADLTand/or AutoCADLT for Mac (subject to the aforesaid eligibility qualifications and exclusions) between May 7 th 2014 and July 31 st 2014 (dates inclusive), and submit a valid rebate redemption request within 30 days from the date of purchase or August 15 th 2014, whichever is earlier, may qualify for a refund of up to MYR660, irrespective of the original purchase price. This promotion is valid for licenses purchased in Malaysia only. Only companies established in Malaysia and individuals resident in Malaysia qualify for redemption of this promotion. To claim the rebate, end user must first complete registration of their product and product activation, before submitting an online rebate form at www.autodeskrebate.com/apac with the relevant product purchase information including purchaser’s personal and company details, the Autodesk part number of the product licenses, serial number from the AutoCADLTand/or AutoCADLT for Mac software and quantity of licenses purchased. In addition, a legible copy of the end-user’s original invoice or sales receipt dated between May 7 th 2014 and July 31 st 2014 (dates are inclusive), that include a description of the product licenses purchased and the quantity must be submitted. By completing the online rebate, end user acknowledges that he or she is authorized to submit and make claims on behalf of the purchasing company, and where the bank details differ from the company details indicated on the original invoice or sales receipt, shall hold Autodesk harmless in case of disputes. Any information on purchase prices obtained by Arvato will not be accessed by Autodesk. Incomplete, incorrect or missing information will cause the submission to be disqualified. Purchase orders will not be accepted as proof of purchase.
