WELCOME TO TGIF—TO GROW IN FAITH!
THIS SUNDAY!
Join us as we discuss this week‟s topic, Perseverance in
Prayer, in the St. Peter Library, Ursuline Hall, this
weekend on Sunday, November 6th, right after the 9:00
Mass!
Traditionally, TGIF, or Mystagogy, is for all who came into the
Church at the Easter Vigil last April. These once-a-month
sessions provide an opportunity to share in each other„s spiritual
journey. However, this group is for all Catholics! Even if you
have been a Catholic since birth, you may feel called to be a part
of this group.
We will share the Gospel message, ask questions, and listen to
each other. This can give us another opportunity to grow together
as one body in our faith! We will get started after 9:00AM Mass,
around 10:15AM and should be finished by 11:15AM.
RETIRED RELIGIOUS NEED YOUR SUPPORT
By 2019, it is projected that retired religious will outnumber wage
-earning religious by nearly four to one. Your gift to the
Retirement fund for Religious helps ensure that elderly Catholic
sisters, brothers, and religious order priests receive the care they
so richly deserve, now and in the future. Please give generously
to today‟s second collection
DAY OF REFLECTION . . .
possible call to religious life can gather with sisters and
participants for prayer, information, discussion, and deepening
their discernment skills. To register or for more information,
contact Sr. Elisa Ryan at elisaosu@gmail.com or 314-825-9973.
