in 2 cases spending long periods in<br />
seemingly restricted areas. Of the 4 former<br />
turtles, 1 (‘Elena’) remained in<br />
inshore waters for the whole tracking<br />
period (2 mo), while the other 3 moved<br />
offshore, where ‘Resi’ and ‘Alice’ performed<br />
large loops. Further, other patterns<br />
may also be discerned for the 2 turtles<br />
entering the SE Atlantic Ocean and<br />
for the 1 turning eastward.<br />
