(a) The design, construction, installation, replacement, repair, alteration and<br />
maintenance of a sanitary drainage system must be in accordance with<br />
AS/NZS 3500.2 or Section 4 of AS/NZS 3500.5 as appropriate and the<br />
requirements of this Part.<br />
(b)<br />
Where there is no point of connection to a Network Utility Operator’s sewerage<br />
system, the design, construction, installation, replacement, repair, alteration and<br />
maintenance of a wastewater treatment system must be in accordance with<br />
AS/NZS 1546.1, AS/NZS 1546.2, AS/NZS 1546.3 or AS/NZS 1547 as appropriate.<br />
