Invest in summer smiles for a child
with your tax-deductible gift!
Childhood summers provide experiences that help
shape who you are today. All children deserve
a summer filled with arts, crafts, swimming,
sports, field trips, new friendships,
smiles, laughter, and so much more.
Last summer, supporters like
you invested in summer camp
scholarships and without
this support, these children
would not have access to this
opportunity. Please invest in
a child by giving a gift that
will provide a summer full of
memories. Pledge your support
with your reservation, call Tana
Education Camps and most Children & Youth
Camps. Shorter-term “flex” membership
options are available. Please contact our
membership office for details and options. A
one-time, non-refundable $25 administrative
Camps and Travel Camps are open to members
Deposits and Payment Options
A non-refundable $100 deposit per child and
registration. Deposits are applied to enrollment
and camp fees. Payments in person will be
registration savings. Camp registrations will not
be processed if there are any past due balances
owed to the JCC. Current JCC membership
must be maintained for participation in most
camps (excludes Pre-Camps, Post-Camps and
Travel Camps). Members who have questions
about their camp payment schedule should
contact the JCC Accounting department prior
to registration.
Adds/Drops/Transfers
The Tucson JCC provides camp for over 600
children each summer. Recognizing that families
may want to add, drop or change options, the
following procedures are in place to ensure that
your needs are met. Members must complete,
sign and deliver (mail, fax or email to camp
administrator) the Add/Drop request. The
form is available through the Camp Registrar
or Camp Secretary. Verbal requests in person or
over the phone cannot be accepted. Additions
or changes after March 29 will require payment
at the post-March 29 rates. All fees must
accompany the Add/Drop form. Transfers from
one camp to another with less than two-week
notice may incur a $25 processing fee.
Camp T-Shirts
All campers will receive a commemorative
camp T-shirt. Please provide your desired size
on the registration page.
10
Splitting Sessions
We do not offer split sessions at JCC camps.
However, if a child’s school begins or ends in
the middle of a session, we will pro-rate the
week or session. Special circumstances may be
considered at the Camp Director’s discretion,
and will incur up to a $75 fee. Please speak
with the Camp Director or Registrar for more
information.
Camp Cancellations Policy:
Camp deposits are non-refundable but may be
transferred to another camp balance. Refunds
or cancellations of scheduled payments will
only be given if written notice of cancellation
is given a minimum of two weeks prior to
camp start date. All cancellations with two or
more weeks notice will incur a $25 processing
fee. Cancellations with less than two weeks
notice will incur the full fee of camp (or may
be applied as a credit to a future session). It
is your responsibility to cancel a session. All
cancellations and changes must be by email to
camp@tucsonjcc.org. Verbal cancellations and
changes will not be accepted.
