The 49th semi-annual New Jersey Collegiate Career Day at Rutgers - New Brunswick on Friday, January 5, 20<strong>12</strong> from<br />
9:30 am to 3:30 pm. Open to all college students and alumni from any school. 150 employers with full-time jobs and<br />
internships. This event will be held at the Rutgers Student Center & Brower Commons, College Avenue, New<br />

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - will provide direct support to senior management; interact with external business partners, and<br />

correspondence, memos, and other complex documents and reports, which require use of office technologies and software<br />
applications; Attend meetings, seminars, etc. and record notes or provides information as needed; Plan, schedule and coordinate<br />
meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, maintain business calendars and expense reporting; Assist in coordination of<br />
performance reviews, cost center updates and other organizational administration activities; Assist executives in management<br />
and execution of ongoing company communications; Establish and maintain official documents and records in appropriate files;<br />
May lead, mentor and train other staff. May perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements: Exceptional written and verbal<br />
communication skills, including professional etiquette; Excellent interactive skills with ability to work independently and<br />
proactively; Ability to work well under pressure; Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and other business<br />
related software systems; Exceptional organizational skills including ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects; Some<br />
college with course work in Marketing, Business, Accounting, etc. desirable; Minimum five to eight years strong administrative<br />

AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN PROGRAM – a joint venture between New Community Workforce Development Center and Ford<br />
Motor Company is currently enrolling students for a new class starting in January 20<strong>12</strong>. This 48 week program, located in<br />
Newark, is an innovative blend of practical hands on and theory job training. In addition, participants may choose to take the<br />
Ford Maintenance and Light Repair certification course. The Center is approved to administer Tile IV Pell Grants and VA<br />
Education Benefits. The Workforce Development Center is nationally accredited by the Council on Occupational Education. For<br />
