Tourism : A tool for Showcasing
your Culture
Tourism is one of the strongest
drivers
Of Economy and culture of a
country.
Culture is the identity of a nation
and the country. Culture represents
the people and every nation has its
own cultures and traditions. The
people of these nations are known
by their cultures. As cultures and
traditions help people communicate
with each other
By Muhammad Usama
so the the more you know about each others culture the more
strong your communication will be.
To promote your culture and to show it to
the whole World ,you have to attract people towards your
country and this can only be done by promoting “Tourism” .
When you promote Tourism and provide other people good
opportunities to visit your country , people are attracted
towards your country and culture. In this way , your culture
gets promoted. Promoting Tourism also helps developing the
national economy and thus strengthening the country.
Cultural Crises In Pakistan
By Ammara Tariq
Culture is the identity of a nation. It represents you in the
Whole World. The problem with us is that we are deviating
away from our culture. We are adopting other cultures and
this is resulting in deviation from our identity. A culture
contains all those values and tradition which are representing
a nation. Instead of exploring and adapting to our culture
more we are adapting other culture’s traditions and values.
Pakistan is facing its worst identity crisis yet and
i fear that the worst is still to come. for the past 64 years we
are playing the blame game very passionately. When we
are unable to do anything or plainly want to avoid any work
we start blaming each other for the sorry state. why is that?
have we become too selfish that we have forgotten our
values? we are still busy determining what was the reason
behind the creation of Pakistan? No matter which side of the
debate, you are on, you cannot deny that what M. A. Jinnah
accomplished, was nothing short of a miracle. Sadly, his
philosophy is merely repeated as talking points on certain
occasions, such as Pakistan Day, Independence Day or his
birth or death anniversaries. We are in complete denial, of
his vision.
To improve our moral and ethical condition in the World
we need to revive this ,we need to come back and adapt our
culture properly.
Editorial
Nowadays, there are many crises in Pakistan. All types of
crises are deadly for a country and its nation. These crises
are like a throne in the development of a country.
Among of these crises , there is an issue on
which nobody pays attention, and it is a serious issue
indeed, these days we are deviating away from our culture
or more precisely we are losing our identity. Culture is an
identity which for a person, it represents you. The people of
a country are represented by their culture, the other people
know them nu their cultures. It is a matter of grief that we
are losing our culture and adapting other cultures. We don’t
have any knowledge about our traditions and festivals. We
are waiting for other cultures festivals like we know about
Earth day, mothers day etc. , we celebrate valentines and
other festivals like that but sadly most of us don’t even know
about the birthday of Quaid-e-Azam , we don’t celebrate
the independence day like it deserves. This magazine is
published in the scope of reviving the Culture of Pakistan,
the culture we lost and we are trying to make an extra
effort for its revival, at least we have to realize , we have
to make our people realize about what we are doing.
