These Rules are integral part of the ICR.
1. The Competition
1.1 Requirements
Only races that meet the following requirements will be taken into consideration
for FIS points:
- Announcement of the competition in the FIS Calendar
- Strict observance of the International Competition Rules (ICR).
- The competition must be held within the period specified in art. 3.
1.2 Schedule Changes, Shifting and Cancellation
Changes in schedule, i.e. shifting the race to another date, cancellation of
competition, or essential changes in the race program must be communicated
at once to the FIS

- National Ski Associations
- Technical Delegate (TD) assigned to the competition.
Notice of the change must be provided to the FIS a minimum before of 4 days
the first Team Captains Meeting!
1.3 Downhill in Two Runs
Downhill races carried out in two runs must be identified as such in the FIS
Calendar, and must be part of international FIS competitions, provided the race
course has a vertical drop according to art. 706.2 of the ICR.
In exceptional cases (unfavorable snow or atmospheric conditions) especially if
carrying out the original Downhill is jeopardized, it is permitted to conduct the
Downhill in two runs, if the Jury so decides.
1.4 Competitions for Juniors
At FIS Calendar competitions for juniors (NJR or JUN) seniors are not allowed
to participate. Exception: National Junior Championships
1.4.1 Change of JUN Competitions
If a National Ski Association wishes to change a competition originally
registered as a Junior (JUN) competition (due to lack of junior entries for
example) to a FIS race and therefore enable seniors to earn FIS points, then
such a change must be announced to the FIS Office at least 10 days before the
competition.
1.5 National Championships
For each National Association’s national championships only one race per sex
in each discipline is allowed for ladies and men with the relevant category adder
for NC and NJC.
1.6 National Junior Race (NJR)
Every NSA will have a fix quota for all NJR competitions depending on its FIS
Quota according to the following calculation:

The Organizing Nation is allowed to start with a maximum of 115 competitors. If
there are less than 25 foreign competitors on entered or the Organizing Nation
doesn’t apply to the 115 competitor’s quota, the normal FIS quota can be
applied taking into consideration the total number of 140 as maximum number
of competitors. At Ladies’ competitions this precision will be applied only if more
than 140 competitors have been entered.
2. The Competitors
2.1 Registration
- Competitors are registered by using the FOU System on the FIS website via
the Members Section, http://www.fis-ski.com/. Change the status “active” to
"inactive" for all those competitors who should not be included on the FIS
points list anymore. Competitors with the status "active" will be considered as
registered for the coming season. Injured competitors must remain active
with the FIS to maintain injury protection.
- All competitors who reached the 15th birthday before the end of the calendar
year (Art. 607 of the ICR) will be considered.
Only competitors who have signed the Athletes Declaration as per ICR art.
203.3 may be registered for a FIS License.
The National Ski Association is responsible that they have appropriate
insurance and have signed the FIS athlete's declaration.
Active (in the FIS points list). The status "active" remains also if athletes do not
participate at a FIS event. Status changes from “active” to “inactive” can only be
done between 01.06. and 31.12.
Inactive (not in the FIS points list). Athletes with status "inactive" will
automatically be changed to "active" by FIS as soon as they participate at a FIS
event.
2.1.1 First Registration
At the time of first registration of competitors for the FIS points list, FIS points
as well as already notified FIS Code numbers (see Art. 2.3) must be controlled
precisely. If they are wrong the points and the competitions where they were
earned must be indicated.
2.1.2 Code Number
Only competitors (Ladies and Men) with a valid FIS code are admitted to the
races.
2.2 Turning Professional
In the event the valid FIS points list shows competitors who have in the
meantime become professional, these racers shall be eliminated from the list,
even if their respective National Ski Associations have not yet notified the
proper authorities.
In case of re-registration as amateur by the National Ski Association, the FIS
must be informed about this decision together with a new registration for the
FIS points. The competitor starts without any FIS points and all previously
achieved results are no longer considered in the calculation of FIS points.

3. Evaluation Period
3.1 Northern Hemisphere
The evaluation period starts 15 th November and ends 30 th April.
Exception: World Cup and European Cup.
In the time between the World Cup Opening and the 15 th November, only races
at Entry League (ENL) level may be valid for FIS points.
3.2 Southern Hemisphere
For the Southern Hemisphere, the evaluation period starts 1 st July and ends
15 th October.
4. Calculation Process
4.1 Race Points
The race points will be calculated according to the alpine formula.
4.2 FIS Points
4.2.1 The Average of the Best Two Results
The average of a competitor's best two results in each discipline during the
validity period will be used for the evaluation of the FIS points.
4.2.2. Only one Result
For a competitor who has obtained only one result in any of the alpine events
(Downhill, Slalom, Giant Slalom, Super G or Super Combined), during the
validity period, a 22% (*) of his result will be added to his points.
4.2.3 No Result
If during the calculation period, no valid results exist 5% will be added
cumulatively to the competitor's current FIS points in every one of the next 14
lists, assuming the competitor is registered up to November 1 st . Starting with
the 15th list, 10% will be added cumulatively to the competitor's current points.
As the end of two (2) seasons the competitor loses the points in the respective
events.
4.2.4 Anti-Doping Rule violation
An athlete subject to an anti-doping rule violation will have previously achieved
FIS points deleted, according to article 10.1.2 FIS Anti-Doping Rules.
4.2.5 Validity Period
The validity period of the results is 14 FIS lists.
4.3 Integration of the World Cup Starting List (WCSL)
The top 30 competitors on the WCSL will be allocated FIS points between 0
and 5.99. The 31st ranked competitor will have 6 points on the integrated FIS
list.
4.3.1 Formula for the Conversion of the top 30 WCSL

4.3.2 Correction Value (z):
Before the above allocation of points for the top 30 takes place on each list, a
correction (z) will be made to all FIS points which comprise the difference
between the points of the 31st competitor and 6 FIS points.
4.4 Calculating Penalties
4.4.1 Calculation of the Penalties
The penalty calculation shall be based on the corresponding valid lists.
4.4.2 The Best Five Competitors who started the Race
The five competitors with the best FIS points who started the race, are selected
(classified, disqualified, DNF and did not start 2 nd run). The competitors with
status “DNS1” will not be considered. If the points are above the maximum
value, the maximum value will be used.
4.4.3 The Best Five classified competitors
The five competitors with the best FIS points who are ranked amongst the top
ten of the race concerned will be selected.
If points are above the maximum value or missing, the maximum value will be
used for the penalty calculation.
4.4.4 Less than five Competitors: Maximum Value
If there are less than five competitors with FIS points amongst the first ten of
the result list, or there are not five competitors who started with FIS points, then
those competitors without FIS points, i.e. the remaining competitors will receive
the maximum value:
Downhill: 310 FIS points
Super G: 250 FIS points
Slalom: 145 FIS points
Giant Slalom: 200 FIS points
Super Combined: 250 FIS points
If less than three competitors with FIS points are ranked within the five, which
are taken into consideration, the competition is not considered. At least three
competitors must have FIS points (irrespective of the number of points) and at
least five competitors have to be classified.
4.4.5 Two or More Competitors are Ranked 10th
In the event where two or more competitors are ranked 10th in the race, they
shall all be taken into consideration for the penalty calculation, as long as they
are included in the five with the best FIS points.
4.4.6 Two or More Competitors have the fifth best FIS Points
If two or more competitors have the fifth best FIS points, which should be taken
into consideration for the penalty calculation, the competitor with the higher
race points will be considered for the penalty calculation. (Reason: better
penalty).
4.4.7 Calculation
- The best five FIS points or the maximum value of the first ten classified
competitors (= sum A), and the best five competitors who started in the FIS
points ranking (= sum B) are added. Now the race points of the competitors
with the best five FIS points are added (= sum C). The maximum value of the
race points will be calculated if they are higher than the maximum of the
corresponding competition (DH 310, SL 145, GS 200, SG 250, SC 250).

- Now the sum of the race points will be subtracted from the sum of the best
five FIS points of the ten classified and the best five competitors who started.
The resulting figure shall then be divided by ten (sumA + sumB – sumC):10)
- At the end of each penalty calculation, the correction value according to Art
4.3.2 must be taken into account. Note: If the "z" value is positive the
absolute value is subtracted, and if negative then it is added. This ensures
that all results can be compared to each other from list to list.
4.4.8 Rounding Up and Down the Penalties
The points shall be rounded down from four thousandths of a point downwards
and rounded up from five thousandths of a point upward (e.g. 13.654 = 13.65 or
21.849 = 21.85).
4.4.9 Super Combined
FIS points are awarded for speed events (DH or SG) in all FIS events except in
World and Europa Cup were only if the competitor has completed both runs
he/she achieves FIS points the FIS point penalty will be applied taking into
consideration the technical data.
If the SL run takes place before the DH or SG, competitors who DNS, DNF or
DSQ will start in DH or SG with this original bib after the last competitor who
qualified in the SL run.
4.4.10 FIS points for KO
FIS points will be calculated for the European Cup KO qualification run.
4.5 Category Adder and Minimum/Maximum-Value
The category adder and minimum/maximum values will be published on each
valid FIS points list (1 st page).
4.6 Injury Status
4.6.1 Registration
When a competitor injures himself and applies for the single penalty, the
National Ski Association must apply to the FIS as soon as possible for the
approval of a single penalty using the official form and submitting a medical
certificate. (WC: see WC Rules art 21.2)
4.6.1.1 Conditions
- At least 6 FIS lists must fall between the time of the injury and the 1 st start.
- Competitors must remain registered as active with the FIS to maintain injury
protection.
4.6.2 Inscription
If the status as injured is approved, 0.5% of the previous FIS List points will be
added to the competitor’s points for the next List.
A competitor, who was in the top 30 of the WCSL at the time of injury, but not
anymore following the calculation of the injury status, will automatically be
ranked as 31 st . The calculation of the positions 1 - 30 will be done according to
the WC rules.
4.6.3 After the 1 st start
After the 1 st start, should the competitor not have any better results, 2% (+) will
be added to the current points in the next 14 FIS lists. As of the 15 th list, 5% will
be added and as of the 29 th FIS list 10%.
Exception: Each competitor has the possibility to start in 1 race counting in
WCSL ranking per event and per season without losing their injury status.

4.7 Professional Obligations or Military Service
If a National Ski Association submits in advance an application for a “study or
military status” certifying that a racer will not be able to compete due to
professional obligations (studies) or military service and has indicated why and
how long the competitor was prevented from racing, the procedure will be
handled according art. 4.6.
4.7.1 Applications
Applications for status due to professional obligations or military service must
be submitted to the FIS Office prior to the beginning of the professional
obligation.
4.8 Evaluation of Several Races during One Event
4.8.1 Downhill (DH), Slalom (SL), Giant Slalom (GS), Super G (SG) and Super
Combined (SC)
As part of one event, only two races per discipline and category (WC, COC,
FIS) may be announced in the FIS Calendar and taken into consideration within
the period of 5 days on the same homologated course. In case of a third DH or
third SG being part of SC, FIS points will not be awarded for the speed event.
Furthermore the organization of so-called replacement competitions held in
addition to an event with two races per discipline and category, is not permitted.
For such additional competitions no FIS points will be given.
5. The FIS Points List
5.1 The FIS points list is only available electronically (ftp://ftp.fisski.ch)
ALFPxxx.zip is the file and valid with the FIS points list program (the “xxx” is
always the number of the list and season - for example 1 st List
2008/2009=ALFP109F.zip = full list or ALFP109P = only updated information
since last list).
5.2 Identification

6. Printing Deadlines and Validity of the Individual Lists
The printing deadlines and validity date are published on the FIS Website. FIS
points lists will be issued all three (3) weeks during the Northern Hemisphere
season.

7. Registration Fee
7.1 Registration
The registration fee for each registered competitor is CHF 33.--. This amount
will be debited from the FIS current account of the respective National Ski
Association.
7.2 Registration Fee per season for each Competitor
Entries through the FOU System: The registration fee for each competitor is
CHF 33.-- during the entire season.
Entries through the FIS Office: Until 31 st December, registration fee of
CHF 33.--.
As from 1 st January, registration fee of
CHF 100.--.
7.2.1 Points confirmation
The fee for a confirmation of points is CHF 200.--.
7.3 No refund
If a competitor retires during the season or there is an incorrect registration
made by the National Ski Association, no refund will be made.
7.4 FIS Points Lists
The FIS points lists are only available electronically and can be downloaded
free of charge from the ftp://ftp.fisski.ch.
TIP: Install the FIS list program (Fislistsetup.exe) on your computer, also
available on ftp://ftp.fisski.ch. With this program you can easily work with the
FIS points.
8. Instructions for Organisers and Technical Delegates
8.1 Electronic Data Transmission
The results must be transmitted electronically and in the FIS format (E-Mail:
alpineresults@fisski.ch). The TD must supervise the correct transmission of the
results and make a corresponding report and also check the results on the
website are correct. Please fax or e-mail the TD reports of the races, which
take place within 10 days before a deadline immediately to the FIS
(reports can also be validated online). Results without TD and Timing
reports will be no longer included in the FIS points list.
For results which are not sent electronically in the FIS format close to the
printing deadline, there can be no guarantee given that the results will be
published in the following FIS list even if they are sent on time.

8.2 Report
One original copy of each of the following, signed by the Technical Delegate,
must be sent to the FIS either by post or as pdf files within three days of the
completion of the competition:
- The official result lists
- The form “calculation of the penalty” or the controlled penalty calculation
made by computer
- The official “Technical Delegate Report”
- The “Timing Technical Report”
- The Expenses Sheet
- The Injury Report (as necessary)
- The official entry form for any DNS1 competitors where the Technical
Delegate cannot confirm the reason for the DNS (e.g. injury, illness).
8.3 Signature of the Technical Delegate
Official results and the penalty calculation made by computer must bear the
authentic signature of the Technical Delegate and the personal TD number.
8.4 Recommendation for Evaluation or Non-evaluation
Should there be valid reasons to exclude the competition from being evaluated
for FIS points, these reasons must be indicated on the "Report of the Technical
Delegate".
If a race has to be cancelled after a large number of racers have finished; the
Technical Delegate must submit a report with a recommendation for evaluation
or non-evaluation of the race.
9. Quotas
9.1 Quota Calculation
9.1.1 1st FIS Points List
For each National Ski Association, the quota for FIS races will be calculated by
the FIS points of those competitors listed in the 1 st FIS points list of the season,
in one of the five disciplines (DH, SL, GS, SG, SC). For each National Ski
Association the most favorable discipline for its competitors will be taken into
consideration.
9.1.2 Top 150 (according 9.6) of the FIS Points List
1 – 6 competitors 6 places

8 competitors 8 places
9 competitors 9 places
10 or more competitors 10 places
9.1.3 No Competitors Ranked in the top 150, but Ranked from 151 - 300 of the

9.1.4 Validity
These quotas are valid for the evaluation period of the FIS points list.

9.1.5 Basic Quota for the Organizing Ski Association
The basic quota for the organizing ski association is in all cases 50, with the
possibility of filling up to a maximum of 140. If by respecting the authorised
national quotas and the basic quotas of the organising nations the number
reaches more than 140, this is permissible. If the number of competitors does
not reach 140, the organising National Ski Association may fill to the maximum
of 140 competitors with its own competitors.
9.1.5.1 Exception
The basic quota for the following organizing National Ski Associations is in all
cases 70 for SL and GS, and 90 for DH, SG and SC:
AUT, CAN, FRA, GER, ITA, NOR, SLO, SWE, SUI, USA, RUS.
9.1.6 Country Groups
- For CAN-USA / DAN-FIN-ISL-NOR-SWE / FRA (Pyrenees)-SPA-AND /
ARG-BOL-BRA-CHI / AUS-FIJ-NZE / CHN- JPN-KOR-MGL -IND-PAK / LIB-
ROU-RSA-CYP-LUX-POR-AND-SRB-MON-RSM-IRE): maximum 30 for
each nation for races organised in a country of those country groups.
- For the following countries: ARM-BIH-BUL-CRO-CZE-GRE-KAZ-MNG-SRB-
MKD-POL-RUS-SLO-SVK-TUR-IRA-UZB-UKR the quota is 30 in events
organised in one of the bordering countries.
- For competitions in LIE the neighboring countries SUI and AUT receive a
quota of 30.
- The organizing nation always has a quota according art. 9.1.5.
9.2 Quota Rule for Ladies
The quota rule for ladies will be used when more than 140 competitors are
entered.
9.3 Cups
The admission quotas for the different Cups will be fixed according to the
respective special rules.
9.4 Double Quotas for Host Nations
As long as both nations concerned are in agreement, the nation in whose
country the race is taking place may have a double quota. Higher quotas than
this must be proposed by the time of the autumn meeting (Southern
Hemisphere: spring meeting).
9.5 Double FIS Quotas for the Races in the Southern Hemisphere
In the Southern Hemisphere double quotas are valid. The Organisers however
have the right to reduce quotas to the normal FIS quotas in case of high
entries. The same right applies for countries from the Southern Hemisphere, if
they would like a double quota in the Northern Hemisphere. The negotiations
must take place between the National Ski Associations in conjunction with the
Organisers concerned and are valid only for events specifically agreed. A copy
of such an agreement must be shown to the Technical Delegate and provided
to FIS.
9.6 Competitors who are no Longer Active
After one year without results in a discipline, the FIS points will be specially
marked on the FIS points list. (Art. 5.2).

If a competitor has no results in at least one discipline he will no longer be
counted in the calculation of the quotas, however they have still the right to start
according to their FIS points.
9.7 International Participation in National Championships
9.7.1 Conditions
National Championships will only be considered "international competitions"
and taken into consideration for the FIS points when all conditions for FIS races
are followed and registrations of foreign National Ski Associations are accepted
according to the valid FIS quota.
The organizing National Ski Association is obliged to accept up to 25
foreigners. However they may allow more than 25 foreigners to start by
applying the quota of each country.
9.7.2 Official channel
National Ski Associations wishing to enter their competitors in the National
Championships of another country should apply directly to the associations
involved until at latest one week before the beginning of the
competitions/training. The FIS may intervene to resolve any differences of
opinion which may arise.
9.8 Participation in FIS Competitions
9.8.1 The quotas of the National Ski Associations for participation in FIS Calendar
competitions are as follows:
9.8.1.1 Olympic Winter Games and FIS World Ski Championships
According to the rules of the International Olympic Committee and the Rules for
the Organisation of FIS World Ski Championships.
9.8.1.2 FIS World Cup, FIS Continental Cups and FIS Races
According to the corresponding rules
9.8.1.3 Special Quotas
The FIS Council can allow special quotas for certain countries and regions.
National Ski Associations direct specific requests to the FIS prior to the autumn
meeting. For the Southern Hemisphere: spring meeting.
9.8.2 For all alpine competitions the number of competitors should not exceed 140.
If by respecting the authorised national quotas and the basic quotas of the
organising nations the number reaches more than 140, this is permissible.
If the number of competitors does not reach 140, the organising National Ski
Association may fill to the maximum of 140 competitors with its own
competitors.
9.9 Over Quota
Every NSA has the right to start the maximum number of racers allowed by
their quota only. For Ladies competitions see art 9.2.
9.9.1 Quotas must be supervised at the Team Captains meeting and before the draw
by the TD, the race secretary and the respective Team Captains.
9.9.2 If a competitor is entered and actually starts and consequently exceeds the
nation’s quota he will not be considered in the calculation for the final result or
for the penalty calculation if this breach of rules is discovered before the official

esults are published. He will be shown in the results as DSQ (Over Quota). In
the event that such a breach of rules is only found after the submission and
publication of the results, the results will be re-calculated at the FIS Office
following the removal of any over quota athletes who will be shown in the
results as DSQ (Over Quota). This procedure will be handled at the FIS Office
and confirmed by the Classification Sub-Committee during their next meeting.

Diese Reglemente sind integrierter Bestandteil der IWO.
1. Der Wettbewerb
1.1 Voraussetzungen
Für die FIS Punktebewertung können nur Wettbewerbe herangezogen werden,
welche die nachstehenden Voraussetzungen erfüllen:
- Ausschreibung im FIS Kalender
- Einhaltung aller Bestimmungen der IWO
- Durchführung innerhalb den in Art. 3 festgelegten Bewertungszeiträumen
1.2 Terminänderungen, Verschiebungen und Absagen
Terminänderungen wie zeitliche Verschiebungen und Absagen von
Wettbewerben, ferner wesentliche Änderungen im Programm müssen
umgehend der FIS

1.3 Abfahrt in zwei Läufen
Abfahrten in zwei Läufen müssen im FIS Kalender als solche ausgeschrieben
sein. Sie sind nur im Rahmen von internationalen FIS Wettbewerben zulässig,
wobei der Höhenunterschied gemäss Art. 706.2 IWO eingehalten werden
muss.
In Ausnahmefällen (Witterungs-, Schneeverhältnisse) können, wenn die Gefahr
einer Absage besteht, Abfahrten durch Beschluss der Jury in zwei Läufen
ausgetragen werden.
1.4 Juniorenwettkämpfe
An Juniorenwettkämpfe, welche im FIS Kalender ausgeschrieben sind (NJR
oder JUN), dürfen keine Senioren teilnehmen.
Ausnahme: Nationale Juniorenmeisterschaften.
1.4.1 Änderung der JUN Rennen
Wünscht ein Nationaler Verband ein ursprüngliches JUN Rennen (zum
Beispiel: wegen zu wenigen Junior Anmeldungen) in ein FIS Rennen
umzuwandeln damit die Senioren auch FIS Punkte erhalten, muss dies
spätestens 10 Tage vor dem Rennen an das FIS Büro gemeldet werden.
1.5 Nationale Meisterschaften
Jeder Nationale Verband hat die Möglichkeit pro Saison eine Nationale
Meisterschaft durchzuführen, doch es ist nur ein Rennen für Damen und
Herren pro Disziplin der Kategorie NC und NJC erlaubt!
1.6 Nationale Juniorenrennen (NJR)
Jeder NSA hat eine fixe Quote für alle NJR Rennen abhänging von der FIS
Quote gemäss folgender Berechnung:

Die organisierende Nation hat das Recht mit maximal 115 Wettkämpfer zu
starten. Falls weniger als 25 ausländische Wettkämpfer gemeldet sind oder die
organisierende Nation die Quote von 115 Wettkämpfer nicht anwendet, kann
die normale FIS Quoteangewendet werden vorausgesetzt die Maximumquote
von 140 wird berücksichtigt. Bei Damen Wettkämpfen wird diese Präzisierung
nur angewendet, wenn mehr als 140 Wettkämpfer angemeldet sind.
2. Die Wettkämpfer
2.1 Anmeldung
- Die Wettkämpfer können via FOU System auf der FIS Webseite via
„Members Sektion“ registriert werden: http://www.fis-ski.com. Es sind all jene
Wettkämpfer mit dem Status "Aktiv" auf „Inaktiv“ zu setzen, welche nicht
mehr für die FIS Punkteliste berücksichtigt werden sollen. Wettkämpfer mit
Status „Aktiv“ gelten als angemeldet für die kommende Saison. Wettkämpfer
mit Verletztenstatus müssen als aktive Wettkämpfer gemeldet werden und
aktiv bleiben. Bewertet werden die Wettkämpfer die ihren 15. Geburtstag vor
dem Ende des Kalenderjahres erreichen (Art. 607 der IWO).
- Es können nur diejenigen Wettkämpfer aufgenommen werden, welche die
Athletenerklärung beim Nationalen Ski Verband gemäss Art. 203.3 IWO
unterzeichnet haben,
Der jeweilige Nationale Verband ist dafür verantwortlich, dass die
Wettkämpfer entsprechend versichert sind und die Athletenerklärung
unterzeichnet haben.
- Aktiv (in der FIS Punkte Liste). Der Status "Aktiv" wird beibehalten auch
wenn die Wettkämpfer nicht an FIS Bewerben teilnehmen. Status
Änderungen von „Aktiv“ nach „Inaktiv“ können nur zwischen dem 01.06.. –
31.12. getätigt werden.
- Inaktiv (nicht in der FIS Punkte Liste). Wettkämpfer mit dem Status "Inaktiv"
werden automatisch von der FIS auf "Aktiv" gestellt sobald sie bei einem FIS
Bewerb teilnehmen.
2.1.1 Erstanmeldung
Bei der Erstanmeldung eines Wettkämpfers für die FIS Punkteliste müssen die
allenfalls herausgefahrenen FIS Punkte genau kontrolliert werden sowie auch
die schon vorhandene FIS Code Nummer, welche bei einer Anfrage erteilt
wurde (Art. 2.3). Stimmen sie nicht, sind die Punkte und die Wettbewerbe, bei
denen sie erzielt worden sind, anzugeben.
2.1.2 Codenummer
Es werden nur Wettkämpfer (Damen und Herren) mit einem gültigen FIS Code
zu den Rennen zugelassen.
2.2 Übertritt zu den Profis
In der FIS Punkteliste aufgeführte Wettkämpfer, die zu den Profis übergetreten
sind, werden auch ohne Abmeldung durch den nationalen Verband aus der FIS
Punkteliste gestrichen.
Bei einer Re-Amateurisierung durch den neuen nationalen Verband muss im
Falle einer erneuten Anmeldung für die FIS Punkte die FIS über diesen
Entscheid informiert werden, der Wettkämpfer verliert seine bisherigen FIS

Punkte und all seine bisherigen Resultate werden nicht mehr in der
Berechnung berücksichtigt.
3. Der Bewertungszeitraum
3.1 Nördliche Hemisphäre
Der Bewertungszeitraum beginnt am 15. November und endet 30. April.
Ausnahme: Weltcup und Europa Cup
In der Zeit zwischen der Weltcup Eröffnung und dem 15. November dürfen nur
Wettkämpfe auf Entry League (ENL) Ebene für die FIS Punkte bewertet
werden.
3.2 Südliche Hemisphäre
Für die südliche Hemisphäre gilt der Bewertungszeitraum vom 1. Juli bis am
15. Oktober.
4. Die Berechnungsmethode
4.1 Rennpunkte
Die Rennpunkte werden gemäss der alpinen Formel errechnet.
4.2 FIS Punkte
4.2.1 Durchschnitt der zwei besten Ergebnisse
Von jedem Wettkämpfer wird der Durchschnitt der zwei besten Ergebnisse in
jeder Disziplin während der Gültigkeitsdauer bewertet.
4.2.2 Nur ein Resultat
Besitzt ein Wettkämpfer nur ein Resultat in der gültigen Berechnungsperiode in
der Abfahrt, im Slalom, im Riesenslalom, im Super-G, oder in der Super
Kombination, so werden auf seine Punkte 22% (*) addiert.
4.2.3 Kein Resultat
Falls kein Resultat in der Berechnungsperiode vorhanden ist, werden dem
Wettkämpfer, sofern er bis am 1.11. registriert ist, in den folgenden 14 FIS
Listen jeweils 5% auf seine bisherigen Punkte dazugerechnet. Ab der 15. FIS
Liste werden dem Wettkämpfer jeweils 10% auf seine bisherigen Punkte
dazugerechnet. Nach zwei (2) Saisons ohne Resultat verliert der Wettkämpfer
die Punkte des jeweiligen Events.
4.2.4 Anti-Doping Regelverletzung
Alle erreichten FIS Punkte eines Athleten, der eine Anti-Doping
Regelverletzung gemäss Art. 10.1.2. der FIS Anti-Doping Regeln begeht,
werden gelöscht.
4.2.5 Gültigkeitsdauer
Die Gültigkeitsdauer der Ergebnisse beträgt 14 FIS Listen.
4.3 Integration der Weltcupstartliste (WCSL)
Die besten 30 Athleten der WCSL erhalten im entsprechenden prozentualen
Verhältnis die FIS Punkte 0 - 5.99. Der 31. der integrierten FIS Punkteliste hat
6 Punkte.

Vor der Zuteilung der FIS Punkte für die ersten 30 der WCSL wird auf jeder
Liste eine Korrektur (z) aller FIS Punkte vorgenommen, welche den
Unterschied zwischen den FIS Punkten des 31. und 6 FIS Punkten enthält.
4.4 Berechnung des Zuschlages
4.4.1 Berechnung der Zuschläge
Die Zuschläge sind auf der Basis der jeweils gültigen Listen zu berechnen.
4.4.2 Die besten fünf gestarteten Wettkämpfer
Von den besten fünf gestarteten Wettkämpfern der FIS Punkteliste werden die
FIS Punkte herausgesucht (klassierte, disqualifizierte, ausgeschiedene und
nicht am Start 2. Lauf). Die Wettkämpfer mit Status (DNS1) werden nicht
berücksichtigt. Liegen die Punkte über dem Maximalwert, wird der Maximalwert
berücksichtigt.
4.4.3 Die besten fünf klassierten Wettkämpfer
Aus den ersten zehn Rängen des betreffenden Wettbewerbes werden die fünf
Wettkämpfer mit den besten FIS Punkten herausgesucht.
Liegen die Punkte über dem Maximalwert oder fehlen diese, wird der
Maximalwert für die Zuschlagsberechnung berücksichtigt.
4.4.4 Weniger als fünf Wettkämpfer: Maximalwert
Wenn unter den ersten zehn Wettkämpfern der Rangliste weniger als fünf mit
FIS Punkten figurieren oder nicht fünf der gestarteten Wettkämpfer FIS Punkte
besitzen, wird den jeweils schlechtesten platzierten ohne FIS Punkte bzw. den
verbleibenden ein Maximalwert zugeteilt:
Abfahrt: 310 FIS Punkte
Super-G: 250 FIS Punkte
Slalom: 145 FIS Punkte
Riesenslalom: 200 FIS Punkte
Super Kombination 250 FIS Punkte
Sind weniger als drei Wettkämpfer in den fünf des Klassements, die zur
Bewertung herangezogen werden, mit FIS Punkten enthalten, so erfolgt keine
Wertung. Es müssen mindestens drei Wettkämpfer FIS Punkte besitzen, egal
wie hoch, und mindestens fünf Wettkämpfer müssen klassiert sein.
4.4.5 Zwei oder mehr Wettkämpfer im 10. Rang
Befinden sich im 10. Rang der Ergebnisliste zwei oder mehr Wettkämpfer,
werden für die Zuschlagsberechnung alle Wettkämpfer gewertet, die zu den
fünf mit den besten FIS Punkten gehören.

4.4.6 Zwei oder mehr Wettkämpfer besitzen die fünft besten FIS Punkte
Besitzen zwei oder mehr Wettkämpfer in der Zuschlagsberechnung die fünft
besten FIS Punkte, dann wird derjenige Wettkämpfer mit den höheren
Rennpunkten berücksichtigt. Grund: Besserer Zuschlag.
4.4.7 Berechnung
- Die fünf besten FIS Punkte oder der Maximalwert der ersten zehn
klassierten (= Summe A) und der besten fünf gestarteten Wettkämpfer der
FIS Punkteliste (= Summe B) werden zusammengezählt. Nun werden die
Rennpunkte der Wettkämpfer mit den besten fünf FIS Punkten addiert (=
Summe C). Rennpunkte, die höher sind als das dem Wettbewerb
entsprechende Maximum (DH 310, SL 145, GS 200, SG 250, SC 250),
werden mit dem Maximal Wert gerechnet.
- Nun wird die Summe der Rennpunkte von der Summe der fünf besten FIS
Punkte unter den zehn klassierten und der besten fünf gestarteten
Wettkämpfer subtrahiert und diese Zahl durch zehn dividiert (Summe A +
Summe B - Summe C : 10).
- Am Ende der Zuschlagsberechnung muss der Korrekturwert gemäss Art.
4.3.2 berücksichtigt werden. Beachte: Ist der "z"-Wert positiv, wird er
subtrahiert, ist er negativ, wird er addiert. Damit wird sichergestellt, dass von
Liste zu Liste alle Resultate miteinander verglichen werden können.
4.4.8 Zuschläge auf- und abrunden
Der Zuschlag ist bis 4/1000 abzurunden und ab 5/1000 aufzurunden (z.B.
13.654 = 13.65 oder 21.849 = 21.85).
4.4.9 Super Kombination
FIS Punkte werden für den Geschwindigkeitsbewerb (DH oder SG) bei allen
FIS Bewerben vergeben. Ausser bei Welt- und Europa Cup erhält der Athlet
seine FIS Punkte nur, wenn er beide Läufe beendet hat.
Der FIS Punktezuschlag wird unter Berücksichtigung der Technischen Daten
angewandt. Wird der SL vor der DH oder SG gestartet, werden Athleten welche
DNS, DNF oder DSQ haben und in der DH oder SG starten wollen mit ihrer
Originalstartnummer nach dem letzten qualifizierten Athleten vom SL starten
können.
4.4.10 FIS Punkte für KO
FIS Punkte werden für den Qualifikationslauf der EC KO Bewerbe berechnet.
4.5 Kategorie-Adder und Minimum/Maximum-Wert
Der Kategorie Adder und die Minimum/Maximum Werte werden auf jeder FIS
Punkteliste (1. Seite) publiziert.
4.6 Verletztenstatus
4.6.1 Gesuch Verletztenstatus
Wenn sich ein Wettkämpfer verletzt und den Verletztenstatus beansprucht,
muss der nationale Verband sobald als möglich um Genehmigung des
Verletztenstatus ansuchen, wobei das offizielle Antragsformular und ein
ärztliches Zeugnis an die FIS eingesandt werden müssen. (WC: siehe WC
Regeln art. 21.2 )
4.6.1.1 Bedingungen
- Zwischen dem Zeitpunkt der Verletzung und dem ersten Start müssen
mindestens 6 FIS Listen liegen.

- Wettkämpfer müssen als aktive Wettkämpfer gemeldet werden und aktiv
bleiben.
4.6.2 Einordnung
Bei Genehmigung des Verletztenstatus wird dem Wettkämpfer für die
nächstfolgende FIS Punkteliste jeweils 0.5% auf seine Punkte der vorherigen
FIS Liste dazugerechnet. War ein Wettkämpfer zum Zeitpunkt des Unfalles in
den top 30 der WCSL und bei der Einordnung nun nicht mehr in den ersten 30
enthalten, wird er automatisch auf Rang 31 eingeordnet. Die Einordnung der
Ränge 1 - 30 erfolgt gemäss WC-Reglement.
4.6.3 Nach dem 1. Start
Nach dem 1. Start, falls der Wettkämpfer keine besseren Resultate erzielt,
werden 2% (+) auf seine bisherigen Punkte in den folgenden 14 FIS Listen
dazugerechnet. Ab der 15. FIS Liste werden es jeweils 5% (>) sein und ab der
29. FIS Liste jeweils 10%.
Ausnahme: Jeder Wettkämpfer hat die Möglichkeit in 1 WC-Wettkampf pro
Disziplin pro Saison zu starten ohne den Verletztenstatus zu verlieren.
4.7 Berufliche Verhinderung/Militärdienst
Wenn von einem nationalen Verband im Voraus ein Antrag auf Erteilung des
Status wegen beruflicher Verhinderung (Studienzeit) oder Militärdienst
eingereicht wird und der bestätigt, dass der Wettkämpfer nicht an Wettkämpfen
teilnehmen kann und aus dem die Dauer der Verhinderung hervorgeht, wird
gemäss Art. 4.6 vorgegangen.
4.7.1 Antrag
Der Antrag auf Erteilung des Status wegen beruflicher Verhinderung
(Studienzeit) oder Militärdienst ist vor dem Eintritt der Verhinderung an die FIS
einzureichen.
4.8 Bewertung mehrerer Wettbewerbe im Rahmen einer Veranstaltung
4.8.1 Abfahrt (DH), Slalom (SL), Riesenslalom (GS), Super-G (SG) und Super
Kombination (SC)
Im Rahmen einer Veranstaltung können im FIS Kalender innerhalb von 5
Tagen nur zwei Wettbewerbe pro Disziplin und Kategorie (WC, COC, FIS) auf
dem gleich homologierten Hang ausgeschrieben und gewertet werden. Wenn
ein dritter Geschwindigkeitsbewerb (DH oder SG) Teil einer SC ist, werden für
den Geschwindigkeitsbewerb keine FIS Punkte vergeben.
Auch die Durchführung von sog. Ersatzwettkämpfen zusätzlich zu einer
Veranstaltung mit zwei Rennen pro Disziplin und Kategorie ist nicht gestattet.
Für solche zusätzlichen Wettbewerbe werden keine FIS Punkte berechnet.
5. FIS Punkteliste
5.1 Die FIS Punkteliste ist nur noch elektronisch erhältlich (ftp://ftp.fisski.ch)
ALFPxxx.zip ist die Datei, welche mit dem FIS Punkteliste Programm
aufgeladen wird (für die „xxx“ steht jeweils die Nummer der Liste sowie die
Saison - zum Beispiel 1. Liste 2008/2009=ALFP109F.zip = komplette Liste oder
ALFP109P = nur die aktualisierte Information seit der letzten Liste).
5.2 Kennzeichnung

6. Redaktionsschluss und Gültigkeit der einzelnen Listen
Die Redaktionsschlüsse und Gültigkeitsdauer werden auf der FIS Webseite
veröffentlicht. Während der Saison der Nördlichen Hemisphäre erscheinen die
FIS Punktelisten alle drei (3) Wochen.
7. Einschreibegebühren
7.1 Einschreibungen
Die Einschreibegebühr für jeden gemeldeten Wettkämpfer beträgt CHF 33.--.
Dieser Betrag wird dem FIS Kontokorrent des entsprechenden nationalen
Verbandes verrechnet.
7.2 Einschreibegebühr pro Saison pro Wettkämpfer
Einschreibungen mit dem FOU System: Die Einschreibegebühr für die
gesamte Saison beträgt CHF 33--.
Einschreibungen über das FIS Büro: Bis 31. Dezember CHF 33.--. Und ab
1. Januar, CHF 100.--
7.2.1 Punktebestätigung
Der Preis für eine Punktebestätigung beträgt CHF 200.--.
7.3 Keine Rückerstattung
Scheidet ein Wettkämpfer während der Saison aus oder erfolgt eine
Falschmeldung durch den Nationalen Ski Verband, gewährt die FIS keine
Rückerstattung.
7.4 FIS Punktelisten
Die FIS Punkte Listen werden nur noch elektronisch zur Verfügung gestellt und
können gratis von unserer ftp://ftp.fisski.ch abgeladen werden.
TIP: Bitte installieren Sie auch unser FIS Listen Programm (Fislistsetup.exe),
welches Sie auch auf ftp://ftp.fisski.ch finden können. Damit können Sie einfach
und vielseitig mit den Punkten arbeiten.
8. Bestimmungen für Organisatoren und Technische Delegierte
8.1 Elektronische Übermittlung
Die Resultate sind elektronisch und im FIS Format (E-Mail:
alpineresults@fisski.ch). Der TD hat die korrekte Übertragung der Resultate
zu überwachen und darüber in seinem Rapport Bericht zu erstatten und
ebenfalls überprüfen ob die Resultate korrekt auf die FIS Webseite aufgeladen
wurden. Bitte die TD Berichte der Rennen, welche innerhalb von 10 Tagen
vor dem folgenden Redaktionsschluss stattfinden, unmittelbar per Fax
oder E-Mail an die FIS zu senden (Berichte können auch Online validiert
werden). Ohne TD- und Zeitmessungsberichte werden keine Resultate
mehr in der FIS Punkte Liste berücksichtigt.

Für Resultate, die nicht elektronisch im FIS Format übermittelt werden, kann im
Zeitraum des Redaktionsschlusses keine Garantie gegeben werden, dass die
Resultate in der kommenden FIS Punkteliste veröffentlicht werden, auch wenn
sie zeitgerecht eintreffen.

8.3 Unterschrift des Technischen Delegierten
Die Ergebnislisten und die Computerzuschlagsberechnung müssen mit der
eigenhändigen Unterschrift des Technischen Delegierten und der persönlichen
TD-Nummer versehen sein.
8.4 Antrag auf Wertung oder Nichtwertung
Sollten Gründe vorliegen, den Wettbewerb für die FIS Punktebewertung nicht in
Betracht zu ziehen, müssen diese im "Bericht des Technischen Delegierten"
aufgeführt sein.
Muss ein Wettbewerb abgesagt werden, nachdem eine grosse Zahl von
Wettkämpfern das Ziel erreicht hat, so erstellt der Technische Delegierte einen
Bericht mit Empfehlung auf Wertung oder Nichtwertung.
9. Zulassungsquoten
9.1 Quotenberechnung
9.1.1 1. FIS Punkteliste
Für jeden nationalen Verband wird die Zulassungsquote zu den FIS
Wettbewerben durch die FIS Punkte jener Wettkämpfer geregelt, die in einer
der fünf Disziplinen (DH, SL, GS, SG, SC) der 1. FIS Punkteliste der Saison
aufgeführt sind. Für jeden nationalen Verband wird die für seine Wettkämpfer
günstigste Disziplin berücksichtigt.

9.1.2 Aus top 150(gemäss Art. 9.6.) der FIS Punkteliste

9.1.5 Grundquote des organisierenden Verbandes
Die Grundquote des organisierenden Nationalen Verbandes beträgt in jedem
Fall 50 mit Auffüllmöglichkeiten bis zu max. 140 Wettkämpfern. Werden auf
Grund der erlaubten Nationalen Quoten und der Basisquoten der
organisierenden Nationen mehr als 140 Wettkämpfer erreicht, ist dies zulässig.
Wird die Zahl von 140 Wettkämpfern nicht erreicht, kann der organisierende
Nationale Skiverband das Maximum von 140 Wettkämpfern mit eigenen
Athleten ausschöpfen.
9.1.5.1 Ausnahme
Die Grundquote für die nachfolgenden organisierenden Nationalen Ski
Verbände beträgt in jedem Fall 70 für SL und GS, und 90 für DH, SG und SC:
AUT, CAN, FRA, GER, ITA, NOR, SLO, SWE, SUI, USA, RUS.
9.1.6 Ländergruppen
- Für CAN-USA / DAN-FIN-ISL-NOR-SWE / FRA(Pyrenees)-SPA-AND / ARG-
BOL-BRA-CHI / AUS-FIJ-NZE / CHN- JPN-KOR-MGL -IND-PAK / LIB-ROU-
RSA-CYP-LUX-POR-AND-SRB-MON-RSM-IRE beträgt die Quote im
Maximum je 30 bei Durchführung der Wettkämpfe in einem der Länder
dieser Ländergruppen.
- Für die Gruppe ARM-BIH-BUL-CRO-CZE-GRE-KAZ-MNG-SRB-MKD-POL-
RUS-SLO-SVK-TUR-IRA-UZB-UKR beträgt die Quote im jeweilig
angrenzenden Land des OK 30.
- Für Wettbewerbe in LIE erhalten die Grenzländer AUT/SUI eine Quote von
30.
- Das organisierende Land hat immer die Quote gemäss Art. 9.1.5.
9.2 Quotenregelung für Damenrennen
Eine Quotenregelung für Damenrennen wird angewendet, wenn mehr als 140
Wettkämpferinnen angemeldet sind.
9.3 Cups
Die Zulassungsquoten für die verschiedenen Cups werden durch die
entsprechenden speziellen Regeln festgelegt.
9.4 Doppelte Quoten für Gastgebernationen
Sofern beide beteiligten Nationen einverstanden sind, darf die Nation des
Landes, in dem die Rennen stattfinden, ihre Quote verdoppeln. Höhere Quoten
als diese müssen bis zu den Herbstsitzungen beantragt werden (Südliche
Hemisphäre: Bis zu den Frühjahrssitzungen).

9.5 Doppelte FIS Quoten für die Rennen in der südlichen Hemisphäre
In der südlichen Hemisphäre gelten doppelte Nationenquoten. Die
Organisatoren dürfen jedoch bei zu hohen Anmeldungen die Quoten bis zur
normalen FIS Quote kürzen. Das gleiche Recht gilt auch für Länder der
südlichen Hemisphäre, wenn sie eine doppelte Quote in der nördlichen
Hemisphäre wünschen. Die Absprachen haben immer über die
entsprechenden nationalen Verbände in Verbindung mit den Organisatoren zu
laufen und gelten nur für genau bezeichnete Veranstaltungen. Eine Kopie
solcher Vereinbarung muss dem Technischen Delegierter vorgezeigt und der
FIS zugesandt werden.
9.6 Nicht mehr aktive Wettkämpfer
Nach einem Jahr ohne Resultate werden die Punkte speziell gekennzeichnet
(Art. 5.2).
Wettkämpfer, welche länger als ein Jahr keine Resultate mehr haben, werden
nicht mehr bei der Berechnung der Quoten berücksichtigt, sind jedoch aufgrund
ihrer FIS Punkte nach wie vor startberechtigt.
9.7 Internationale Beteiligung an nationalen Meisterschaften
9.7.1 Bedingungen
Nationale Meisterschaften werden nur dann als "Internationale Rennen"
anerkannt und mit FIS Punkten bewertet, wenn alle Bedingungen für FIS
Wettbewerbe eingehalten werden.
Die Einschreibungen von fremden Skiverbänden müssen nach den gültigen FIS
Quoten angenommen werden. Der organisierende Nationale Verband ist
verpflichtet, bis zu 25 Ausländer zum Start zuzulassen. Es steht ihnen jedoch
frei, unter der Berücksichtigung der entsprechenden Quoten mehr Ausländer
starten zu lassen.
9.7.2 Dienstweg
Nationale Verbände, die ihre Wettkämpfer an den nationalen Meisterschaften
eines anderen Verbandes starten lassen wollen, verhandeln spätestens bis
eine Woche vor Beginn der Wettbewerbe/Trainings direkt mit dem betreffenden
Verband. Die FIS kann bei Meinungsverschiedenheiten schlichtend eingreifen.
9.8 Teilnahme an den Wettkämpfen der FIS
9.8.1 Die Quoten der Nationalen Skiverbände für die Teilnahme an den im FIS
Kalender ausgeschriebenen Wettkämpfen werden wie folgt festgelegt:
9.8.1.1 Olympische Winterspiele und FIS Ski Weltmeisterschaften
Gemäss den Bestimmungen des Internationalen Olympischen Komitees und
den Bestimmungen für die Durchführung von FIS Skiweltmeisterschaften.
9.8.1.2 FIS Weltcup, FIS Kontinentalcups und Internationale FIS Rennen:
Gemäss den entsprechenden Reglementen.
9.8.1.3 Sonderquoten
Für bestimmte Länder und Regionen können vom FIS Vorstand Sonderquoten
bewilligt werden. Die Nationalen Skiverbände richten entsprechende Gesuche
bis zu den Herbstsitzungen an die FIS. Termin für die Südliche Hemisphäre:
Frühjahrssitzungen.

9.8.2 Für alle alpinen Wettkämpfe darf normalerweise die Zahl der Wettkämpfer 140
nicht übersteigen.
Wenn jedoch nach Ausschöpfung der den Nationalen Skiverbänden
zugebilligten Quoten und der Ausnützung der Grundquote für den
organisierenden Verband eine grössere Teilnehmerzahl als 140 erreicht wird,
ist dies zulässig.
Wenn die Teilnehmerzahl von 140 nicht erreicht ist, darf der organisierende
Verband bis zum Maximum von 140 Teilnehmern auffüllen.
9.9 Überquote
Jeder Nationale Ski Verband hat das Recht, mit der maximalen Anzahl
Wettkämpfer zu starten gemäss ihren Quoten. Für Damen-Bewerbe siehe Art.
9.2.
9.9.1 Die Quoten müssen bei der Mannschaftsführer-Sitzung vor der Auslosung,
durch den TD, den Rennsekretär und den zuständigen Team Capitains
kontrolliert werden
9.9.2 Ist ein Wettkämpfer eingeschrieben und auch tatsächlich gestartet und die
Nationale Quote wurde somit überschritten, wird er für die Berechnung des
Endresultates oder für die Penalty-Berechnung nicht berücksichtigt, wenn
dieser Regelverstoss vor der offiziellen Veröffentlichung der Resultate entdeckt
wird. Er wird auf der Resultatliste als DSQ (Überquote) aufgeführt. Falls dieser
Regelverstoss erst nach der Einreichung der Veröffentlichung der Resultate
bemerkt wird, wird das Resultat im FIS Büro neu berechnet nachdem alle
Wettkämpfer als DSQ (Überquota) erscheinen, entfernt worden sind. Dieses
Verfahren wird im FIS Büro gehandhabt und vom Classifications Komitee bei
der nächsten Sitzung bestätigt.

Ces Règlements sont partie intégrale du RIS.
1. La compétition
1.1 Conditions préalables
Pour l'attribution des points FIS, seules les compétitions remplissant les
conditions suivantes sont validées:
- La compétition doit figurer au calendrier FIS
- Les règlements des concours internationaux de ski (RIS) doivent être
respectés
- La compétition doit avoir lieu durant les périodes d'évaluation
mentionnées à l'art. 3.
1.2 Changements de dates, reports et annulations
Les changements de dates, annulations de compétitions, de même que des
changements importants du programme doivent être communiqués sans délai
à la FIS

Ces changements doivent être portés à la connaissance de ces instances au
minimum quatre jours avant la première Séances des Chefs d'Équipes.
1.3 Descente en deux manches
Les descentes en deux manches doivent figurer comme telles au calendrier
FIS. Elles ne sont autorisées que dans le cadre de compétitions internationales
FIS et à condition que la dénivellation soit conforme à l'article 706.2 du RIS.
Exceptionnellement (conditions atmosphériques et d'enneigement), et en cas
de risque d'annulation, des descentes peuvent se dérouler en deux manches
sur décision du jury.
1.4 Compétitions pour juniors
Les Seniors n'ont pas le droit de participer aux compétitions juniors inscrites au
calendrier FIS (NJR ou JUN).
Exception: Championnats nationaux juniors.
1.4.1 Changement de Compétitions JUN
Si une Association Nationale de Ski désire changer une compétition
originalement inscrite comme compétition JUN (par exemple manquantes
inscriptions juniors) en compétition FIS et donc d'attribuer des points FIS aux
seniors, ce changement doit être annoncé au bureau FIS 10 jours avant la
compétition.
1.5 Championnats nationaux
Par saison, chaque fédération nationale a la possibilité d’organiser un
championnat national. Cependant, il n’est autorisé d’organiser qu’une course
par discipline Dames et Messieurs dans la catégorie NC et NJC.

1.6 Compétitions nationales Juniors (NJR)
Par saison, chaque Association Nationale de Ski dispose d’un quota fixe pour
paticiper aux compétitions nationales juniors, en fonction du calcul établi sur la
base du quota FIS, comme suit:

Si il y a moins de 25 concurrents étrangers inscrits dans la competition ou
moins de 115 concurrents de la nation organisatrice, alors le quota normal FIS
pourra être appliqué dans la limite de 140 concurrents maximum.
Dans une competition feminine, cette disposition sera appliquée seulement si
l’on compte plus de 140 concurrentes inscrites.
2. Les concurrents
2.1 Inscription
L’enregistrement des nouveaux concurrents se fait par le biais du FOU System
en utilisant le site web de la FIS par la "Members Section", http:///www.fisski.com/.
Veuillez changer le statut "active" en statut "inactif" pour tous les
concurrents qui ne doivent plus être sur les listes FIS dorénavant. Les
concurrents avec le statut "actif" seront considérés comme inscrit pour la
saison à venir Les concurrents avec le statut de blessé doivent être inscrits
com «actif » pour conserver leur statut de blessé. Seul les concurrents ayant
signé la déclaration d’athlète selon art. 203.3 du RIS pourront être inscrits.
Les associations nationales sont responsables qu’il ait signé la déclaration
d’athlète et qu’il soit assuré.
Signes distinctifs sur l'extrait national:
Actif (dans la liste de points FIS). Le statu "actif" reste appliqué si l’athlète ne
participe à aucune compétition FIS.Le changement de statuts de “actif” à
“inactif” peut s’effectuer du 01.06. – 31.12.
Inactif (pas sur les listes FIS). Le statut "inactif" sera immédiatement changé en
statut"actif" dès qu’il participe à une compétition FIS.
2.1.1 Première inscription
Lors de la première inscription d'un concurrent pour la liste des points FIS, ses
points FIS obtenus, ainsi que son code FIS (art. 2.3) doivent être exactement
contrôlés. S'ils ne concordent pas, les compétitions au cours desquelles ces
points ont été obtenus sont à préciser.
2.1.2 Code FIS
Sont admis aux compétitions que les concurrents (dames et hommes) ayant un
code FIS valable.
2.2 Transfert chez les professionnels
Les concurrents passés chez les professionnels et figurant sur la liste des
points FIS seront rayés, même sans demande de radiation de leur association
nationale. Lors d'un retour au statut d'amateur à l'initiative de l'association
nationale, la FIS devra être informée de cette décision pour le cas d'une
réinscription pour les points FIS. Le concurrent perd ses points FIS et tous ses
résultats obtenus jusqu’à présent ne sont plus considérés dans la calculation.

3. Périodes de validation
3.1 Hémisphère nord
La période de validation est fixée du 15 novembre au 30 avril.
Exception: Coupe du Monde et Coupe d’Europe
Pendant la période entre l’ouverture Coupe du Monde et le 15 novembre, ne
peuvent être validés pour points FIS que les compétitions Entry League (ENL).
3.2 Hémisphère sud
Pour l'hémisphère sud, la période de validation est fixée du 1er juillet au 15
octobre.
4. Méthode de calcul
4.1 Points de course
Les points de course sont établis selon la formule alpine.
4.2 Points FIS
4.2.1 Moyenne des deux meilleurs résultats
Pour chaque concurrent on prend en compte la moyenne de ses deux meilleurs
résultats pendant la durée de validité dans chaque discipline.
4.2.2 Concurrents avec un seul résultat
Pendant la durée de validité, lorsqu’un concurrent n’a obtenu qu’un seul
résultat en descente, slalom, slalom géant, super G ou Super Combiné, une
pénalité de 22% est ajoutée à ses points.
4.2.3 Concurrents sans résultats
Si un concurrent n’a pas obtenu de résultats pendant la période de calcul, une
pénalité de 5% sera ajouté cumulatif à ses points pendant la période des 14
listes FIS suivantes, pour autant qu’il soit enregistré jusqu’aux 1 er Novembre. A
partir de la 15 ème liste FIS sans nouveaux résultats, la pénalité sera de 10%.
Après deux (2) saisons sans résultat, le concurrent perd les points dans
l’épreuve respective.
4.2.4 Cas de violation des règles antidopage
En application de l’article 10.1.2 des règles antidoping de la FIS, un athlète
contrevenant à ces règles sera dépossédé de ses points.
4.2.5 Durée de validité
La durée de validité des résultats s'étend sur 14 listes FIS.
4.3 Intégration de la liste de départ Coupe du Monde (WCSL)
Les 30 meilleurs athlètes de la WCSL obtiennent dans un rapport de
pourcentage correspondant les points FIS de 0 - 5.99. Le 31ème de la liste des
points FIS intégrée obtient 6 points.
4.3.1 Formule pour la conversion des 30 meilleurs de la WCSL

4.3.2 Valeur de correction (z):
Avant l'attribution de points FIS pour les 30 meilleurs de la WCSL il sera
procédé sur chaque liste à une correction (z) de tous les points FIS, contenant
la différence entre points FIS du 31ème et 6 points FIS.
4.4 Calcul de la pénalité
4.4.1 Calcul des pénalités
Les pénalités se calculent sur la base de la liste en vigueur.
4.4.2 Les cinq meilleurs concurrents ayant pris le départ
On recherche les points FIS des cinq meilleurs concurrents de la liste des
points FIS ayant pris le départ (classés, disqualifiés, abandons et absents au
départ de la 2ème manche). Les concurrents avec le statut (DNS1) ne sont pas
pris en considération. Lorsque ces points sont supérieurs à la note forfaitaire
maximale, cette dernière note sera retenue pour le calcul de la pénalité.
4.4.3 Les cinq meilleurs concurrents classés
Parmi les dix premiers de la compétition on recherche les cinq concurrents
ayant les meilleurs points FIS.
Lorsque ces points sont supérieurs à la note forfaitaire maximale ou qu'ils
manquent, la note forfaitaire max. sera retenue pour le calcul de la pénalité.
4.4.4 Moins que cinq concurrents: note forfaitaire maximale
Lorsque parmi les dix premiers de la liste des résultats figurent moins que cinq
concurrents avec des points FIS ou lorsque moins que cinq concurrents ayant
pris le départ n'ont pas de points FIS, une note forfaitaire maximale sera
attribuée aux concurrents les moins bien classés ou aux concurrents restants:
Descente: 310 points FIS
Super-G: 250 points FIS
Slalom: 145 points FIS
Slalom géant: 200 points FIS
Super Combiné 250 points FIS
S'il y a moins que trois concurrents avec des points FIS parmi les cinq
comptant pour le calcul de la pénalité, la compétition ne sera pas validée. Au
moins trois concurrents doivent avoir des points FIS, quel que soit leur nombre,
et au moins cinq concurrents doivent être classés.
4.4.5 Deux ou plusieurs concurrents au 10ème rang
Lorsque deux ou plusieurs concurrents sont classés au 10ème rang de la liste
des résultats, on retient pour le calcul de la pénalité les cinq concurrents ayant
les meilleurs points FIS.
4.4.6 Deux ou plusieurs concurrents à égalité de points FIS en 5ème position
Lorsque deux ou plusieurs concurrents sont à égalité de points FIS en 5ème
position pour le calcul de la pénalité, on retient le concurrent ayant les points de
course les plus élevés. Raison: meilleure pénalité.
4.4.7 Mode de calcul
- Les cinq meilleurs points FIS ou la note forfaitaire maximale des dix classés
(= somme A) et des cinq meilleurs concurrents de la liste des points FIS
ayant pris le départ (= somme B) sont additionnés. Ensuite on additionne les
points de course des cinq concurrents avec les meilleurs points FIS (=
somme C). Lorsque les points des courses sont supérieurs à la note

forfaitaire maximale on retiendra la valeur maximale pour la discipline
concernée (DH 310, SL 145, GS 200, SG 250, SC 250).
- Ensuite on soustrait le total des points de course de la somme des cinq
meilleurs points FIS des dix classés et des cinq meilleurs concurrents de la
liste des points FIS ayant pris le départ et on divise ce résultat par dix
(somme A + somme B - somme C : 10).
- A la fin du calcul de la pénalité, il faut tenir compte de la valeur de correction
selon art. 4.3.2. Remarque: Lorsque la valeur "z" est positive, elle est
déduite, lorsqu'elle est négative, elle est additionnée. Il est ainsi assuré que,
de liste à liste, tous les résultats sont comparables.
4.4.8 Arrondissement des pénalités
La pénalité calculée jusqu'à 4/1000 est à arrondir au centième inférieur et à
partir de 5/1000 à arrondir au centième supérieur (exemple: 13.654 = 13.65 ou
21.849 = 21.85).
4.4.9 Super Combiné
Les points FIS seront attribués pour l'évènement de vitesse (DH ou SG). A
l’exception des épreuves de Coupe du Monde et de Coupe d’Europe, les
concurrents ayant complétés l’événement de vitesse se verront attribué les
points FIS pour cette événement. En Coupe du Monde et Coupe d'Europe,
pour que l’athlète se voit attribué les points pour l’événement de vitesse, il
devra aussi avoir complété les deux manches.
4.4.10 Points FIS pour KO
Les points FIS seront calculés pour la manche de qualification des évènements
KO en Coupe d'Europe.
4.5 Additif de catégorie et valeur minimale/maximale
L'additif de catégorie ainsi que les valeurs minimales/maximales seront publiés
sur chaque liste des points FIS valable (1 ère page).
4.6 Statut de blessé
4.6.1 Obtention du statut de blessé
En cas de blessure et pour pouvoir bénéficier du statut de blessé, la fédération
nationale doit demander dans les plus brefs délais, l’application du statut de
blessé. Cette demande doit être faite au moyen du formulaire officiel et
accompagnée d’un certificat médical. (WC: voir WC-Rules art. 21.2
4.6.1.1 Conditions d’obtention du statut
- Un délai de 6 listes FIS doit courir entre le jour de la blessure et le jour de la
reprise en competition.
- Le statut de blesse n’est valide que pour les athletes maintenus sous la
denomination “Actif”
4.6.2 Inscription du statut de blessé
Après validation du statut de blessé, les points du concurrent bénéficiaire sont
calculés sur la base d’un barème de 0.5%, à la parution de la liste des points
FIS suivant la date de la blessure.
Si au jour de sa blessure, le compétiteur figurait dans les trente premiers de la
liste des points de la coupe du monde, il est automatiquement classé à la 31 ème
place de la liste des points FIS. Le calcul des positions de la 1 ère à la 30 ème
place sera fait en respect du règlement de la Cupe du Monde.

4.6.3 Après expiration du statut de blessé
Si le coureur qui reprend la compétition n’améliore pas ses points sur une
période équivalent à 14 listes FIS, un barème de 2% sera appliqué pour le
réajustement de ses points, dans chacune des 14 listes FIS qui suivent. A la
15 ème liste, le barème sera de 5% et à la 29 ème liste FIS, il sera 10%.
Exception : Chaque compétiteur a la possibilité de prendre le départ d’une
seule épreuve (par saison) comptant pour le classement de la coupe du
monde, sans perdre le bénéfice de son statut de blessé.
4.7 Obligations professionnelles ou militaires
Lorsqu'une association nationale demande à l'avance pour un "statut d' études
ou militaire" certifiant que le concurrent ne pourra pas participer à des
compétions en raison d'obligations professionnelles (études) ou service
militaire, avec indication de la durée de l'empêchement, le procédé sera selon
l'art. 4.6.
4.7.1 Demande
La demande pour l'application du statut en raison d'obligations professionnelles
ou service militaire doit être déposée à la FIS avant cette période.
4.8 Validation de plusieurs compétitions dans le cadre d'une manifestation
4.8.1 Descente (DH), Slalom (SL), Slalom Géant (GS), Super-G (SG) et Super
Combiné (SC)
Dans le cadre d'une manifestation figurant au calendrier FIS ne peuvent être
organisées et validées en l'espace de 5 jours que deux compétitions par
discipline et catégorie (WC, COC; FIS) sur la même piste homologuée. En cas
d'une troisième Descente ou Super-G faisant part du Super Combiné, des
points FIS ne seront pas attribuée pour l'évènement de vitesse.
N'est également pas autorisée l'organisation de compétitions de remplacement
en complément d'une manifestation comprenant déjà deux compétitions par
discipline et catégorie. De telles compétitions supplémentaires ne recevront pas
de points FIS.
5. La liste des points FIS
5.1 La liste des points FIS ne peut être obtenue qu’électroniquement
(ftp://ftp.fisski.ch)
ALFPxxx.zip est le fichier fonctionnant avec le programme liste des points FIS
(par „xxx“ l’on entend le numéro de la liste et la saison - par exemple 1ère liste
2008/2009 = ALFP109F.zip = liste complète ou ALFP109P = seulement avec
les informations ajournées dès la dernière liste).
5.2 Marques distinctives
# compétiteur bénéficiant du statut de blessé conformément à art. 4.6.2 (0,5%)

6. Délais de rédaction et durée de validité des listes
Les délais de rédaction et la validité des listes sont publiés sur le site web de la
FIS. Pendant la saison de l'Hémisphère Nord, les listes des points FIS seront
émis tous les trois (3) semaines.
7. Redevance d'inscription
7.1 Inscription
La redevance pour chaque concurrent inscrit est fixée à CHF 33.--.
Ce montant sera débité sur le compte courant FIS des associations nationales
concernées.
7.2 Facturation par saison pour chaque concurrent
Inscription avec le FOU système: Droits d'enregistrement CHF 33.--
pendant toute la saison.
Inscription par le bureau FIS: Jusqu'au 31 décembre droits
d'enregistrement de CHF 33.--. A partir du
1 janvier droits d'enregistrement CHF
100.--.
7.2.1 Confirmations de points
Le prix d'inscription pour une confirmation de point s’élève à CHF 200.--.
7.3 Pas de remboursement
Lorsqu'un concurrent se retire de la compétition durant la saison ou en cas de
fausse déclaration, la FIS n'accorde aucun remboursement.
7.4 Listes des points FIS
Les listes des points FIS sont mises à disposition électroniquement. Elles
peuvent être chargées gratuitement sur le site ftp://ftp.fisski.ch.
Conseil: Veuillez installer notre programme pour les listes des points FIS
(Fislistsetup.exe), vous le trouvez aussi sur notre site ftp. Ainsi vous pourrez
travailler simplement et rationnellement avec les points FIS.
8. Directives pour les organisateurs et Délégués Techniques
8.1 Transmission électronique
Les résultats doivent obligatoirement être transmis par voie électronique et
dans le format FIS (E-mail: alpineresults@fisski.ch) Le DT doit contrôler
l’exactitude de la transmission des résultats et en faire mention dans son
rapport. Les rapports des DT des courses qui ont lieu 10 jours avant un
délai de rédaction devront être envoyés par Fax ou E-mail à la FIS dès la
fin des épreuves concernées (rapports peuvent aussi être validés on-line).
Sans les rapports du DT et du chrono-métrage aucun résultat ne sera
considéré pour la liste de points FIS.
Pour les résultats non transmis selon format FIS, aucune garantie ne peut être
donnée durant la période de délai de rédaction que les résultats soient pris en
compte pour la prochaine liste de points FIS, même s'ils arrivent dans les
délais.

ordinateur
- Le «Rapport du Délégué Technique» officiel
- Le rapport «Technique de Chronométrage»
- Note de frais
- Le rapport d’accident (si nécessaire)
- Dans le cas où le Délégué Technique ne peut pas confirmer la raison de
DNS (p.e. blessure, maladie), le formulaire officiel d’inscripton pour chaque
concurrent DNS1
8.3 Signature du Délégué Technique
Les listes de résultats et le calcul de la pénalité par ordinateur doivent contenir
la signature personnelle du Délégué Technique et son numéro de licence.
8.4 Requête pour ou contre l'homologation
S'il existe des raisons de ne pas valider la compétition pour l'attribution de
points FIS, elles doivent être indiquées dans le "Rapport du Délégué
Technique".
Lorsqu'une compétition doit être annulée après l'arrivée d'un grand nombre de
concurrents, le Délégué Technique établit un rapport contenant les
recommandations pour ou contre l'homologation.
9. Quotas d'admission
9.1 Mode de calcul des quotas
9.1.1 1ère liste des points FIS
Le quota de chaque association nationale pour les compétitions FIS est calculé
en fonction des points FIS des coureurs figurant dans l'une des cinq disciplines
(DH, SL, GS, SG, SC) de la 1ère liste des points FIS de la saison. Pour chaque
association nationale on tiendra compte de la discipline la plus favorable pour
ses coureurs.
9.1.2 Top 150 de la liste(selon art. 9.6) des points FIS

9.1.3 Aucun concurrent parmi les 150 premiers, mais entre le 151ème et le 300ème
de la liste des points FIS

9.1.4 Durée de validité
Ces quotas sont valables durant la période de validation des listes de points
FIS.
9.1.5 Quota de base pour l'association organisatrice
Le quota de base pour l'association organisatrice est dans tous les cas de 50
concurrents avec possibilité de compléter jusqu'à 140 au maximum. Si en
respectant les quotas nationaux autorisées et les quotas de base de la nation
organisatrice, le nombre surpasse 140 compétiteurs, ceci est accepté. Au cas
où le nombre de compétiteurs n’atteint pas 140, l’association nationale de ski
peut compléter le maximum de 140 compétiteurs avec ses propres athlètes.
9.1.5.1 Exception
Le quota de base pour les associations nationales suivantes est dans tous les
cas de 70 concurrents pour SL et GS, et 90 pour DH, SG et SC:
AUT, CAN, FRA, GER, ITA, NOR, SLO, SWE, SUI, USA, RUS.
9.1.6 Groupes de nations
- Pour CAN-USA / DAN-FIN-ISL-NOR-SWE / FRA (Pyrénées)-SPA-AND /
ARG-BOL-BRA-CHI / AUS-FIJ-NZE / CHN- -JPN-KOR-MGL-IND-PAK / LIB-
ROU-RSA-CYP-LUX-POR-AND-SRB-MON-RSM-IRE le quota est de 30 au
maximum lors de l'organisation des concours dans un des pays concernés
de ces groupes de nations.
- Pour le groupe ARM-BIH-BUL-CRO-CZE-GRE-KAZ-MNG-SRB -MKD-POL-
ROU-RUS-SLO-SVK-TUR-IRA-UZB-UKR le quota des pays limitrophes au
pays organisateur sera de 30.
- Pour les compétitions au LIE les pays voisins AUT et SUI reçoivent un quota
de 30.
- La nation organisatrice a toujours un quota selon art. 9.1.5.
9.2 Réglementation des quotas pour les compétitions féminines
Une réglementation des quotas pour les compétitions féminines est appliquée
en cas d'engagement de plus de 140 concurrentes.
9.3 Coupes
Les quotas d'admission pour les différentes Coupes sont fixés dans des
règlements spéciaux.
9.4 Quotas doubles pour nations hôtes d'autres pays
Lorsque les deux nations concernées sont d'accord, le pays dans lequel se
déroulent les compétitions a le droit de doubler ses quotas. Des quotas
supérieurs peuvent être sollicités au plus tard lors des réunions d'automne
(hémisphère sud: au plus tard lors des réunions de printemps).
9.5 Double quota de nation
Dans l'hémisphère sud l'application d'un double quota est valide. Les
organisateurs ont cependant le droit de réduire ces quotas jusqu'à la limite du
quota normal en cas d'inscriptions trop nombreuses. Ce même droit existe
aussi pour les pays de l'hémisphère sud, lorsqu'ils souhaitent un quota double
dans l'hémisphère nord. Les arrangements doivent toujours se faire par le

canal des associations nationales concernées en connexion avec l'organisateur
et sont valables uniquement pour des manifestations spécialement désignées.
Une copie de telle convention doit être montrée au Délégué Technique et
envoyé à la FIS.
9.6 Concurrents qui ne sont plus actifs
Après une année sans résultats, les points FIS du compétiteur sont marqués
d’un signe distinctif 5.2
Les concurrents qui n’ont plus de résultats pendant plus qu’une année, ne sont
plus considérés pour le calcul des quotas, mais ont encore le droit de
participation selon leurs points FIS.
9.7 Participation internationale aux championnats nationaux
9.7.1 Conditions
Les championnats nationaux seront reconnus comme "compétitions
internationales" avec attribution de points FIS que lorsqu'ils remplissent toutes
les conditions d'une compétition FIS.
Les inscriptions d'associations étrangères doivent être acceptées selon les
quotas FIS en vigueur. Les associations nationales sont tenues d'accepter
jusqu'à 25 étrangers. Elles peuvent néanmoins en accepter davantage en
tenant compte des quotas de ces nations.
9.7.2 Voie hiérarchique
Les associations désirant faire participer leurs concurrents à des championnats
nationaux d'autres pays négocieront directement avec l'association nationale
organisatrice au plus tard une semaine avant le début des
compétitions/entraînements. La FIS pourra intervenir en cas de différents.
9.8 Participation aux compétitions de la FIS
9.8.1 Les quotas des Associations Nationales de Ski pour la participation aux
compétitions figurant au calendrier FIS sont fixés comme suit:
9.8.1.1 Jeux Olympiques d’Hiver et Championnats du Monde de Ski FIS:
Conformément aux règlements du Comité International Olympique et aux
Règlements pour l’organisation des Championnats du Monde de Ski FIS.
9.8.1.2 Coupe du Monde FIS, Coupes Continentales FIS et compétitions
internationales FIS:
Conformément aux règlements correspondants.
9.8.1.3 Quotas particuliers
Pour certains pays et régions, le Conseil de la FIS pourra autoriser des quotas
particuliers. Les associations nationales adressent leurs demandes à la FIS au
plus tard pour les réunions d’automne.
Délai pour l’hémisphère sud: réunions de printemps.
9.8.2 Pour toutes les compétitions alpines le nombre de participants ne doit pas
dépasser 140.
Un dépassement de ce chiffre est admis après épuisement des quotas
attribués aux associations nationales et de l’application du quota de base de
l’association organisatrice.

Lorsque le nombre de participants n’atteint pas 140, l’association organisatrice
est autorisée à compléter jusqu’au maximum de 140.
9.9 Extra quota
Chaque Fédération Nationale n’est autorisée à présenter que le nombre de
compétiteurs correspondant à son quota. Pour les compétitions féminines
consulter l’art. 9.2.
9.9.1 Lors de la réunion des chefs d’équipes, les quotas doivent être vérifiés en
présence et sous la responsiblité du DT, du secrétaire de course et des chefs
des équipes concernées, avant de procéder au tirage au sort des concurrents.
9.9.2 Si un concurrent est inscrit et concours sans respecter le quota alloué à sa

FIS en faisant apparaître que le concurrent ayant participé en surnombre est
DSQ (Extra quota). Cette procédure sera conduite par le Bureau de le FIS et
validé par la sous commission des classements lors d’une réunion ultérieure.
