Part 1: Colorless to Brown liquid that contains Hydroquinone and Potassium Hydroxide.<br />
HARMFUL IF SWALLOWED, CAUSES SKIN AND EYE IRRITATION AND MAY CAUSE<br />
ALLERGIC SKIN REACTION.<br />
HMIS Hazard Rating: Flammability - 0, Reactivity - 0, Health - 1, Protection - B<br />
Part 2: Off-white to pale yellow liquid.<br />
HARMFUL IF SWALLOWED, VAPOR IRRITATING TO THE EYES AND RESPIRATORY<br />
TRACT AND MAY CAUSE ALLERGIC SKIN REACTION.<br />
HMIS Hazard Rating: Flammability - 0, Reactivity - 0, Health - 1, Protection - B<br />
Working Solution: Pale Yellow to Brown liquid with no appreciable smell that contains Hydroquinone and<br />
Potassium Hydroxide.<br />
CAUSES SKIN AND EYE IRRITATION AND MAY CAUSE ALLERGIC SKIN REACTION.<br />

4. FIRST AID MEASURES<br />
Inhalation: Move to fresh air, obtain medical attention if required.<br />
Eye Contact: Hold eyelids apart and immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for 15 minutes. Get medical<br />
attention.<br />
Skin Contact: Immediately flush with plenty of water while removing contaminated clothing and shoes. Launder<br />
contaminated clothes prior to reuse. Discard contaminated shoes.<br />
Part 1: Wash with a non-alkaline (acid) skin cleaner, if skin irritation or an allergic skin reaction develops<br />
get medical attention.<br />
Part 2: If skin irritation or an allergic skin reaction develops get medical attention.<br />
Working Solution: If skin irritation or an allergic skin reaction develops get medical attention.<br />
Ingestion:<br />
Part 1: Induce vomiting as directed by medical personnel. Never give anything by mouth to an<br />
unconscious person. Obtain medical care and hospital treatment immediately.<br />

5. FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES<br />

6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES<br />
Flush to sewer with large amount of water - May require neutralization if pH below 3 or above 12.<br />

Otherwise, absorb spill with vermiculite or other suitable absorbent and place in impervious container for disposal in<br />

Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Store between 10 - 25 o C (50 - 80 o F).<br />
